I am trying to get my subscription address changed so I receive the magazines at my summer home and this is ridiculous trying to get this done.....HELP HELP
Q: I lost my older cookbook and the newer ones, since the 50s doesn't have the recipe.
Did me saying *** hurt your feelings. I'm so sorry to hear that. Ask me if I care if I get kicked off this answers site. Today I laid to rest a classmate, then I come home to find three dogs dead, from poison, intentionally. And you are going to comment on an answer about MY language. and you didn't even submit and answer, what did you forget how to? Don't worry look back, you have about 9 answers for that. Have a wonderful day.
Q: I just recently moved into a remodeled home and am renting the house. I was told by my brother-in-law that the LANDLORD should be taking care of/responsible for the gardening issues (backyard/front yard maintenance hiring some professional people). If they fail to do so, then the landlord should take off some $$ off the rent. Is this true? In my lease agreement, she attached a piece of paper to the lease that states that I am responsible to upkeep the yards. Is this true or should I contact her and let her know that the garden isn't my responsibility? Thanks!
In most of the places I've rented, the yard was the responsibility of the renter. It seems as if your lease spells this out all the more clearly.

Q: If you were a family looking for a ranch home, and there were about 2500 sq feet up and another 2500 sq feet of renovated heated space below in the basement, and there was a full kitchen above and below, with a big garden in the front of house and back, would you feel it would be too much area to clean and maintain, taking into consideration that the basement would not be suitable for renting out, as the door leading out of the basement does not have a driveway, since one has to walk over the garden to reach the garage on the main level. The main level is additionally, connected to the basement by means of steps going down within the house into the basement. I feel one would out of necessity need to built a driveway to the basement door in order to be able to sell it with rental potential, as otherwise the area might be too big, in addition to two kitchens being too much to maintain for one family......Any suggestions or tips or ideas?
50% of stable self reliant females have the IQ of a toad... and might probably hook up with a efficient guy in any different case. You could just buy any type of fabric and through in some cotton balls under it when your stapeling it to the bottom of the sing . If you can't do that then use your imagenation.
Q: I'm eager to get into organic home gardening.
It's amazing. We did a garden one year with zero chemicals. We just plowed, planted the seeds in dirt, weeded/tilled and watered. You wouldn't believe the difference in the way food tastes when it's all natural. Luckily we live on a farm and have plenty of natural fertilizer! You know exactly where you food came from, when and what was put on it. I love having my own garden. Plus it's cheaper! No fertilizer or pesticides to purchase and growing your own costs much less than buying in a store.
