Q: We have clutter like the shed, playground and bricks that my mother does not want to remove. Also, we have weeds growing and tons of branches so I don't know what to do. Let alone, my mother keeps on saying landscaping is needed but she very rarely asks for a person to cut the grassand we don't have the budget to cut our two tall trees.
Bundle the branches up and tie them with string, put out with the trash if you confirm your trash removal company accepts yard waste. Once they are gone, a good raking to remove leaves and dead grass using a lawn rake, bag them up and get rid of them. Tidy up the bricks and any loose items you want to keep and stack behind the shed if possible. Once all the yard is clean, look at any high or low spots, get a few bags of topsoil from Home Depot ( $1.29 a bag) , some grass seed, and a small bag of starter fertilizer. The cost should be under $50 for everything. Use the soil in low spots, and then sprinkle the grass seed and starter wherever there is a bald spot and in the new topsoil. Water lightly but often, the idea is to wash the oily covering off the seed, but not wash the seed away. Keep it moist for a week and you will have new grass growing. Follow the directions on the seed package for proper lawn care once up.
Q: Hey looking for a home maintenance/reno tool kit for around 100 bucks or less, any good websites which have deals? Thanks!
I wouldn't buy such a thing, and especially not a cheap one. Kits always have stuff you don't need, often have cheap stuff that breaks or wears out fast. Better to buy decent quality stuff as you need it, and never buy really cheap tools. $100 would buy you some basic hand tools of reasonable quality, or one good small power tool. Tools are one thing where you get what you pay for. I've gone cheap and I've bought the best, and the cheap ones are usually a waste of money.
Q: Hi. We just sold our house and are moving to a rental townhome. Had the carpets professionally cleaned, but there is still a smell of pet odor in one of the bedroom closets which appears to be where the previous tenants kept not only the dog food, but the litter box as well. Any recommendations on some additional action that can be taken to reduce the slight stinch still left behind? Air puifier? Thanks
Activated okorder They always ship right away too which is really good.
Q: I am looking for an old Dutch Apple Pie recipe that was in an edition of Better Homes and Gardens in the early 90's. I had the page from the magazine, but now I cannot find it, and I need it for Thanksgiving.

Q: i am a home and garden party designer trying to build my team and promote our awsome products that we offer for the home including pottery, candles and candle fundraisers, pictures and accesories to decorate your home with as well as beautiful items for your garden.
Maybe you should try to conduct a real estates brokers or Companies who are building houses.
Q: I am doing a traveling boutique featuring children's and a few womens clothing and accessories some of which I make and some I buy. What I am trying to figure out is my sales are pretty good at the shows I've done so far but I was hoping to get outside of my friends to hold shows and have not been successful in booking new shows. What kind of incentives should I do? I offered a tiered plan based on sales some free some discounted based on $ volumn. Should I make something that is for hosts only? Any advise related to this would be helpful. Is it okay to ask the host to help? Keep in mind that I do not do a presentation--it is an open house for a couple of hours and set up like a boutique in someones living room.
Have you considered setting up a booth at a County Fair or Home Garden Show? At least check out the other vendors there and ask what kind of incentives they offer if people sign up to book shows. Some have a drawing for a free gift basket, and at the bottom of the card people can check boxes indicating that they want more information about booking a party. (Have your planner handy; it is even better if you can book them on the spot.)
Q: I heard something about being able to order Home and Garden Party products online. Has anyone else heard anything about that? I have ordered Home and Garden Party products before. They have some really nice candles and stoneware. Would like to hear from a designer.
I okorder . Let me know if you have any other questions about Home and Garden Pary. Have a Lovely day!
Q: Would are economy improve if every single american had their own garden?
I guess yes. But it would get involved in the boom of the property market once again. You know the next round of the bubble.
Q: for your entire city/town in your stomach?I've got to sew the button back on my favorite pair of jeans again. Every month, like clockwork. No, this does not say quot;masturbaterquot;. ;-)quot;Home Garden - Maintenance and Repairquot; was the suggested category for this question. They've finally got it right!quot;Home Garden - Do It Yourselfquot; was the second suggestion. How apropos is THAT? :-)
Alcohol causes the same reaction in me Cookie. Maybe you should lay off the brandy snaps for a few days during this period.. lol.
Q: I have a ground floor studio flat (999 years, share of freehold) which has exclusive use of the garden - a side gate to both the studio and the garden (about 40x40 feet) ensures this. The studio is at the rear of the house and adjoins the garden. There is a garden hut in the corner of the garden.I am thinking that a far more ambitious structure in the garden - such as a home office say 15x10 feet - would greatly expand the amenity of the studio. How likely would I be to secure permission to build - both from the local authoriity (Eastbourne) and from the other freeholders? Or do I even need permission?
