3) What is the difference of Wilton Carpet and Axminster carpet
Wilton carpet, like Axminster carpet, is woven. However the difference between the two methods is the way in which the carpet is woven. Whereas the Axminster yarn is woven into each weft and then cut to the required pile height and then reinserted when that colour is needed again –the Wilton carpet yarn is a continuous strand woven all the way through.

- I wouldn't clean it like a normal carpet. Certainly do not steam clean it or use soap and water. There is a dry carpet cleaning method called Capture. You can usually find it at the supermarket near the other rug cleaning products, or at a DIY home improvement store like Lowe's or Home Depot. It comes in a kit. You sprinkle the stuff on the carpet -- its sort of semi-damp and clumpy -- then use the brush that comes with the kit to rub the stuff into the stain or the entire rug. Let it sit for a bit, then vacuum up the residue. I have used this on my wool area rugs in the past and it works great.

- Hi, Bro your rug out on a clean concrete surface if possible.Wet your rug and apply soap with a soft brush, rinsing and repeating until clean. Ensure the rug is rinsed well leaving no soap residue. Then squeegee out excess water and leave rug flat to dry. When pile feels dry turn over then dry back but do not leave exposed to the sun for more than 2 days as it can fade your carpet. - I bought a saddle from a girl in the local Pony Club for $300. I have had it for three years and will probably have it for many more, it is in good condition. Buy a almost new used saddle and clean and condition it every so often. It will keep the leather soft and supple. And it will keep the saddle in better condition so it will last longer. For rugs, I would get a thick rug in the winter (well, actually, it depends how cold it gets there) and in the summer, you don't even need a rug. You could get a protective shett. It is like a rug that protects them from pests like flies and mosquitos. In the winter, I would just sponge it down and wait for him/her to cool down then put a cooler (a special blanket for a horse that has just worked hard). Later you can put a thicker blanket on, like when he is totally back to normal. In the summer I would do the same thing (put the cooler on) then put on the protective sheet or just nothing. My horse doesn't use a rug int the winter. I hope this helped you.

- Find a good carpet cleaner. ;) Depends on the color of the carpet, really. Find a mild cleaner -- or even laundry soap, if you aren't sure what cleaners to use -- and put a bit on the carpet. Get a toothbrush or something that can really get in the carpet and scrub as hard as you can. Rinse w/hot water, blow dry it and see how it looks. Oddly enough, I just finished scrubbing hot sauce out of a white area rug thanks to my kid. ha!
- Q: Okay, my little puppy tore up the carpet at my doorway where the hard wood floor meets the carpet. I have OCD and it bothers me so bad! lol! - Provided you can get the same type of carpet, you can seem in a piece. Basically you need carpet seeming tape, new carpet, and a carpet seeming iron. You have to take a straight edge or a square and cut off the bad section. Cut to match new section with straight edge or square. Warm up seaming iron match the run of the new carpet with The run of the old otherwise it will look really bad. Lay seam tape half and half between old and new carpet. .. better yet it would be esier for you to look up how to seam carpet on youtube. Good luck
- Q: It doesn't have the plastic quot;stickinessquot; underneath the rug.And if I put that rug securing platic that you buy at convenience stores, won't it get mildewy?
- There is one product called Rug Hold and many others like it.. ( I sold Rug Hold in my store) You get them in many sizes to fit your needs and can be cut to fit under your rug and is great at keeping rugs in place and from slipping. Their washable to regain their tacky grip , but leave no tackiness on flooring.. Just get the type you need, some are for hard surfaces and some for wood some for carpet. Great product .. GL PS Can be usually gotten at most flooring store or the big box stores
