3) What is the difference of Wilton Carpet and Axminster carpet
Wilton carpet, like Axminster carpet, is woven. However the difference between the two methods is the way in which the carpet is woven. Whereas the Axminster yarn is woven into each weft and then cut to the required pile height and then reinserted when that colour is needed again –the Wilton carpet yarn is a continuous strand woven all the way through.
- Q: I have burned holes in my rug that need repaired. I have a piece of the same rug. Can this be repaired eaisly.....or best to call repair service.
- Cut a square piece of the rug out. Take an old pair of jeans. Cut out a square 1 bigger on all sides as the cut square of the rug. Use Elmers glue and glue the jeans square to the subflooring then put glue on the top of the square. Cut a piece of the carpet from the piece that you have the same size as the first square you cut out. Place it on top of the blue jeans square and press down to make sure it is totally catching the glue. Voila!

Buy a almost new used saddle and clean and condition it every so often. It will keep the leather soft and supple. And it will keep the saddle in better condition so it will last longer. For rugs, I would get a thick rug in the winter (well, actually, it depends how cold it gets there) and in the summer, you don't even need a rug. You could get a protective shett. It is like a rug that protects them from pests like flies and mosquitos. In the winter, I would just sponge it down and wait for him/her to cool down then put a cooler (a special blanket for a horse that has just worked hard). Later you can put a thicker blanket on, like when he is totally back to normal. In the summer I would do the same thing (put the cooler on) then put on the protective sheet or just nothing. My horse doesn't use a rug int the winter. I hope this helped you.

Call a car detail shop and ask them if they will take a look. My husband owns a detail shop where we live and people even bring this type of thing in for him to work on.

- Q: Our family just moved into an apartment with 4 year old carpet (the manager verified the installation date). We plan on moving in 4 years when my husband is done with medical school. Therefore, the carpet would be 8 years old. We would like to pay to replace the carpeting, but the manager is claiming that the carpeting we are looking at isn't quot;commercial gradequot; and that it won't last after we move. The manager also claims that the carpeting that is currently installed could potentially last another 4-8 years. The current rule here is that if you damage the carpet and it must be replaced within the first 7 years, you must pay x/7 of the value. My question is: If we trash our carpet and move out in 4 years, they won't be able to charge us. Why can't I just replace it now with carpeting that I like? Does this sound right? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
- One reason you can't replace is because it isn't yours..you are only renters and until you get permission there really isn't much you can do If the carpet is bad, I would take pictures with or video with the date on them on hold on to that until you move out and get your deposit. He can't make you pay for normal wear and tear on carpet.
