Technology is the drive for business development and production equipment the assurance of product quality. In the large-scale concentrated production, the stability and uniformity of product quality plays an essential role. The company constantly improves processing equipment. The automatic assembly line ensured quality stability and maximally reduced adverse effect of personal factor to the product quality. As a result, the one-time qualification rate of the products is improved and the company is able to win continuous trust from customers。

1.    The lifting boom and balance boom adopt cantilever boom structure, which reduces the hoisting modular and makes it more safe, convenient and flexible to install and uninstall, and reduces the requirements for hoisting equipment and the site.
2. Multiple special mounting brackets are available, which saves the installation time and ensures safe and quality installation.
3. The lifting boom adopts cantilever boom structure and variable cross-section materials, featuring more reasonable structural stress and long service life; and it is easier to make different combination of boom length.
4. It adopts standard sections (for models of over 12t) of piece assembly structure, split structure stock, and assembled platform, which meet the transport requirements for standard container.
5. The extra-long boom is designed with a rope-supporting trolley, and the speed of which is 1/2 of that of the luffing trolley, which can achieve the most optimum rope-supporting effect. The structure has applied for national patent.
6. The lifting mechanism adopts speed regulation by frequency control or by eddy current brake series resistance, featuring good lifting performance; The slewing system adopts frequency control by torque electric motor or by coil winding type electric motor with hydraulic coupler, featuring smooth operation and small slewing impact.
7. All kinds of safety devices are reliable and easy to adjust; both the safety monitoring control system and traditional safety system are available, the double system ensures safety operation of the tower crane; the hydraulic system adopts low/medium pressure design, featuring higher safety and reliability.

The construction hoist product  produced has achieved internationally advanced level in terms of industrial design, control and the drive performance, as well as the operation safety and comfortableness. And is also making efforts to keep improving the product, as what the construction hoist lifts is not only people and material, but also a kind of social responsibility and service concept…
The new generation SC series of construction hoists adopt modular structure, ergonomic design and advanced manufacturing technology, thus the adaptability and reliability of the product is greatly improved, e.g. the max. lifting height can reach 300 meters. The product adopts multiple patented technologies, reaches advanced level in China, and the market share in domestic market is increasing year by year. The product has also been exported to overseas countries like Russia, Turkmenstan, Vietnam, etc. winning the confidence of customers of both home and abroad

1. The cage drive system is equipped with buffering device, so the cage moves more stable.
2. The ergonomically designed cage interior improves comfortableness.
3. The unique structural design has applied for patent.
4. The typical technologies ensure the malposition difference of the guide rail.
5. The excellent parts in the industry ensures reliable quality of the machine.
6. Precise assembly and accurate drive.
7. Professional solutions for special projects.
8. The complete safety devices ensures reliable control system.

Q:LCS , MCS , HCS?
Lots of good replies already for this question
Q:I started to make 1000 paper cranes to make a wish come true and before I start I have a few questions. How many times can you make 1000 cranes to make a wish come true? Do you have to string them? And how long do you have to make them?
I think it's a one time deal. You don't have to string them. You have as long as it takes. Look up Sadako Sasaki. She was a 12 year old Japanese girl who tried to fold 1000 cranes while in the hospital in the 1950's. She had A bomb disease, also know as leukemia. She got it because of the bombing of Hiroshima as a baby. She died after only making 650 or so cranes. It's a very good true story though.
Q:Its on of the biggest helicopters in 1952-1955 I just need any information via you, internet, or even blue prints!I highly doubt that blueprints are probably destroyed
if you want a more reliable source try these books: Jim Winchester The World's Worst Aircraft, 2005 (pg. 134-135) Rene J. Francillon McDonnell Douglas Aircraft since 1920: Volume II, 1997 I hope this helps!
Q:What do lattice boom and hydraulic boom in cranes mean?
LATTICE BOOM: See first link. This is where the boom (the portion used to support the load) is made like a lattice ... i.e. interconnected trusses and girders. The cables for lifting the load are run from the base of the boom to the load over pulleys/gears located at the boom's tip. The boom itself is NOT adjustable in length or in angle. HYDRAULIC BOOM: See second link. This crane uses hydraulics to adjust either the length of the boom, or the angle at which the boom joints intersect. It looks more like a single beam construction, although its probably closer to a tube type design (hydraulics may be inside or outside the arm). The load is raised/lowered by cables operating at the end of the boom ... not necessarily tied back to the bottom of the boom.
Q:its dead im so scared if thes so called flys i tired to kill it but wen ever i get some thing to kill it its hideing
Crane flies, also known as mosquito eaters or mosquito hawks, are harmless. There is no reason to fear them. They do not bite or feed on anything and only live a short time, maybe 24 to 48 hours. I have them in my house quite frequently during March and April. They fly really slowly and don't try to fly away if you want to smack it with a flyswatter. They are big and ugly but that's about it. They seem to be more active at night and are attracted to light, kind of like moths. Maybe you could lure yours out of your room by leaving a light in the hall and other rooms dark.
Q:What is the theme of the poem A man to the universe by Stephen Crane?
In the poem “A Man said to the Universe” by Stephen Crane three distinct images appear as the reader relates man and universe as they fit into their cosmic role. The simplicity of the five line poem envelopes man’s perception of his place among the universe, the universe’s perception of its role in the order of life, and the relationship of both man and universe in regards to the enormity of the cosmos. Collectively, these three components create a profound thought on creation. By Folrani Adewale
Q:Im looking for more information on Overhead Cranes!?
Advantages of Overhead Crane for Professionals When large materials have to be handled in the building, construction and mining industries, there are several types of equipment that would be used. One of such equipment is the overhead crane, and because of its size, it is conspicuously seen at construction or mining sites. Not only does it have a domineering figure but it is also a very versatile equipment for moving heavy materials from one point to the other. This equipment occurs in many forms and the various forms it has, makes it adaptable to many environments. There are other types of equipment that are available for lifting, but a crane is the preferred choice of many people. I got most of this information from www.hoistandwinch .uk There are several reasons people in the construction and mining industries would choose a crane over other equipment that are used for lifting. With overhead cranes, there would be absolutely no need to clear aisles before materials can be moved. Forklifts or fork trucks could have their paths blocked and a lot of time and energy would have to be diverted to clear an aisle. Obstructions that could even make you suspend important projects are irrelevant to overhead cranes because they would easily make it around them without any form of difficulty. It is therefore possible to arrange your plant floor the way you would want it to be for your business, without thinking about obstructions to the lifting and movements of materials with cranes to do all the task for you.
Q:Has anyone made 1000 origami cranes and made a wish? Just wondering
Yes. Also, after the atomic bombs were dropped on Japan, a girl with radiation poisoning tried it, but died after making six hundred and odd cranes. Make of that what you will.
Q:Examples of filling and acceptance forms for tower cranes and examples of filling in.
The 1 conclusion is "qualified" project, fill out the "tick".2, the conclusion is "unqualified" project, fill in "x"". Part of the "unqualified" sub item should also be painted on its number *".
Q:How come you never see cranes being transported from one site to another?
Many are too large to be transported whole, and are assembled on-site (or even build for a single on-site use).
