Q:i am making a wired crane robot to pick and drop a wooden block of about 5*5*10cm dimension. I would like to know wat r the different possible lifting mechanisms by which i can lift the wooden block.Ideas other than the normal claw shaped lifters: There are different attachments that you can put on the end of your crane to pick up this block. You can make a set of forks (like a forklift) that would slide under the block (block would have to be elevated on a skid). You can pick up this block with a suction cup. You can also pick up the block by clamping the sides of the block by replicating a scissor type mechanism.

Q:how a tower crane for a high rise building construction is erected?: Depends on the type - if the building is not that tall, the tower crane could be built by any taller crane (either a mobile one or an existing one on the site). If the building is very tall, a self-erecting crane is usually used; this type has a sort of jack mechanism somewhere in the tower (usually near the bottom), so as it is needed, the existing tower can be lifted, and another tower section is inserted to raise the entire structure, repeating the process as needed as the structure the crane is building gets taller (thus, the crane is building itself as it goes along).

Is there a way to cheat?: a partial cheat that i use is 1st looking to see which items are at least open enough to get 2nd when i start up i get to the item then to go the left and right of item and adjust which way i go then try to aim for the middle of the item wanted then there is an 80 % chance that i will get the item i am aiming for but some of those crane games are rigged to the point you have to go at least 2 or 3 times depending on what type items are on there because the crane arm looses strength especially if it is far away from the exit hole
