Available Diameter(mm):Φ5.5mm-16mm

Grade:SWRH82B,SWRH77B,SWRS82B

Characteristic and Application

The wire rod of SWRS82B features stable chemical composition,Low harmful elements, minor decarburization, good surface quality, high sorbite percentage, homogeneous properties along the coil and excellent drawing performance. And it is mostly used to produce bridge cable. The wire rod of SWRH77B and SWRH82B is mostly used to produce high-strength and low-relaxation per-stressed plain wire, indented wire, negative threaded wire, steel strand and rope, which are widely used in rail sleeper, highway, bridge, bridge cable, large cement pipe, etc.

Classification 2:Welding wire rod

Available Diameter(mm):Φ5.5mm,6.5mm.

Grade:H08A,ER70S-6

Characteristic and Application

This grade wire rod has characteristics of low percentage of harmful elements and good surface quality.By rational controlling the chemical composition and optimizing rolling process, the drawing and welding properties of the wire rod are guaranteed. It also has characteristics of easy drawing and mould saving when using.H08A is mainly used to produce various welding rod. While ER70S-6 is mainly used to produce various kinds of CO2 gas shielded welding wire ,argon arc welding wire and submerged welding wire.

Q: What does insulated wire do?How does it differ from regular wire used on breadboards?
Insulated wire is .... insulated. That is, it has a layer of plastic or rubber around it so that there is no exposed metal (except at the ends) and thus minimizes the shock hazard, and also helps prevent accidental shorts between wires. Non insulated wire is bare, it has no insulation, it's just a thin copper bar. You can use either on breadboards, so I don't know what you mean by regular wire. .
Q: how do I replace this, the wire is built into the speaker and runs into the unit.
Easy to replace. Just get a new dog. Small breed if it's a tweeter. Beagle sized for mid-range. And of course Lab or larger for that all important Woof-Woofer.
Q: I am replacing an electrical outlet that currently has 3 white and 3 black wires plus the ground wire. The bad outlet has 3 holes already in it for each of the wires but my new outlet does not, there are only 2 holes and/or the 2 screw on each side. How do I install this new outlet? Do I need to do the pigtail here?
For the best answers, search on this site https://shorturl.im/awtUt Try this. take the plug out of the box, so that just the 7 wires are hanging there. Of course, your power is off before you do this. Take the 3 white wires and twist all their copper ends together. Then flip the breaker on. If the breaker does not trip, most likely those white wire are all neutral. If the breaker does trip, one of those white wires is being used as a hot (black) wire. If the breaker did not trip, turn the breaker off again. Now twist all 3 black wires together, flip the breaker on. If the breaker does not trip, the black wires all belong together. If the breaker does trip now, one or two of the black wires is being used as a neutral or is coming from a different source, such as another breaker or going through the outlet to somewhere else in the house. If the breakers don't trip either time, all black wires belong together and go on the brass screw of the outlet (or the side with the small opening). All the white wires go on the silver screw (or large opening of the plug). If it doesn't work, you will need an electrical tester to find out which wires are hot or wires that don't belong together because they may be a different voltage. Don't want to confuse you but there may be 220 volts in the plug between 2 of the black wires.
Q: how do i tap a speaker wire? car audio not really my department
Just buy a wire stripper, strip the wire and connect the new wire. Remember to wrap electrical tape around it and you're done. You can also buy wire taps but they sometimes don't work due to a bad connection. Stripping the wire is the best solution.
Q: i got this switch with numbers 1 , 2, 3, and 4 on it and 4 wires red, green, and two black. Which wires go to which number?
Well it is defintely a 3 way switch. The fourth (green) wire being the ground. I can't tell you by the numbers, but I can tell you by the screws which wire goes where. If it does not apply to your switch you may need to go get a new one. They are inexpensive. The green, ground wire goes to the screw that is usually attached to the arms ( metal extentions that hold against the sheet rock. Now you need to find the red and black wire that are together. Look inside the box where the wires come in and you should be able to tell if the red and black are in the same sheathing. These are your travelers. The travelers need to go on the two screws that are across from eachother. One goes on the right side and one goes on the left. Does not matter which side. The last black wire, depending on which of the two 3 ways you are at is either your power or your light leg (wire going to your light). This wire goes on the last screw. Hope this was helpful.
Q: for christmas im getting my dad an outdoor speaker system buttheunder groung wire costs ALOT so i was wondering if regular speaker wire will work fine if i used it and burried?
It will work and you probably will have no problems as long is the wire is 18ga or better. Underground cable will last longer but I have seen regular wire last over 10 years. If someone say's that 18ga is to small then why do they put it in the higher end speakers but if you are running over a 100' i would go with 16ga.
Q: The infamous headlight switch please help
What is so infamous about plugging the wiring to the switch? It will only plug in one way. UPDATE 8/6/11: In over 45 years, I've only replaced one headlight switch that had melted and that was on a 1994 Plymouth Acclaim and the driver had left the headlights on all night and yes it drained the battery. The plastic plug had melted but the wires had not burned through, so I had something to work with. There is a possibility you can find a wiring diagram on Auto Zones website for your car, they do have an extensive library or you could try to find a Haynes manual for your car. Or if you are low on $$ if you tell us what manufacturer, model, year of car you drive someone here might be able to help.
Q: I'm wiring up a kenwood sub and amp. Everything is connected except for a quot;power control wirequot;. Not sure what this does or where I should connect it to. Any help?
can you connect more than one device to the center unit power control wire?
Q: i need an egr wiring Diagram for a 2000 Chevy Malibu. the wires got pulled out of the weather tight connector. if anyone can help i'd appreciate
Connector view for the GM linear EGR valve are as follows: Pin# A=gray/w black wire,Pin# B=solid black wire,Pin# C=brown/w white wire,Pin# D=brown/w white wire(see note) and Pin# E=solid red wire! NOTE since pin C+D have the same color wire the correct wire must be identified by checking the voltage with the KOEO (key on engine off) the right brown/w white wire should have a 5volt reference voltage with the key on engine off! Hope this helps.
Q: Okay, magnet wire is coated with some red fancy insulation. Is that just an enamel? If so, enamel coated copper wire magnet wire would be the same thing.I want to build a loudspeaker. This what I need? Are the coils used in loudspeakers the same ones used in inductor coils? One interesting question,When Faraday was experimenting with the effects of magnetism on electricity, how in the hell did he figure out the magnetic field increased with the number of turns of copper in his coils!I'm only assuming Faraday didn't have insulated copper wires.Lmao, if they aren't insulated, how in the heck is he suppose to know how much the field is increased. The Coil would just become a big conductor lol
Is that just an enamel? - Yes enamel coated copper wire magnet wire would be the same thing. - They are This what I need? - Yes Are the coils used in loudspeakers the same ones used in inductor coils? - Same principle, different design. The coil in a speaker is an air-wound coil designed to maximise the amount of wire that's sitting in the magnetic field. The ones in induction coils are usually designed to maximise the inductance in a small a space as possible, so they are wound on ferrite or iron cores. I think Faraday's thought process probably went something like I wonder what will happen if I put a lot of turns in the coil. If I use uninsulated wire it will short out, so I'd better insulate it. They didn't make him a Fellow of the Royal Society for nothing. He used cotton insulation. Some of his equipment still exists, and still works.
