- Q: How good are the Kirby Vacuum cleaners?
- I've had mine for 15yrs, and it's still going!!!! Have had no repairs or problems with it.
- Q: I just moved into my first apartment and there is rug all throughout the house, I don't really know much about vacuum cleaners, but I need to get one, I want a good one but for less than $100, can someone please help me!!!
- Make sure that it is a 12AMP. Don't buy anything smaller! Also, I prefer the bagless, costs less to use it in the long run! Go to an Appliance Repair shop, they have all kinds of Reconditioned(rebuilt) vacuums, and most of those have the same warranty as a new one!!!
- Q: Do you like the way it cleans? Will they work well on tiled floors?
- Love mine. no longer some thing a lot less complicated then turning it on and having the paintings done for you. It cleans properly and is tremendous for someone with a nasty again. alternatives up puppy hairs, gravel, is going from bare floor to carpet quite. Handles scatter mats without complications. i love that you'll set up the invisible walls and corral it to a particular area it is functional in an open domicile plan.
- Q: I would like to know which vacuum cleaners are better - Hoover Vs Kenmore?
- I have a Hoover. I had a Kenmore and Electrolux. I hate them all. I finally went to Sears and bought a Craftsman Shopvac (they have a small canister style) and I absolutely love it!
- Q: My son is obsessed with the vacuum cleaner. Every time we go to a store, be it walmart, samsclub, target, home depot or best buy, we have to go to the vacuum cleaner isle. He wants to watch other kids vacuuming on youtube. He wants us to draw vacuums on his magna doodle. He's memorized all the brands of vacuum cleaners. Is this HEALTHY??? Any of you in the same situation? What are your kids obsessed with? PS: lately his interests have expanded to the lawn mowers, lawn tractors, power drills and his father's tool set BUT the vacuum cleaner still remains his all time favorite obsession.
- Well he must be really interested in motors or motor works and such. It's perfectly normal; everyone has a thing that they like. Whether it be vacuums or pencils. There's nothing wrong with this at all.
- Q: My mother needs a new vacuum. I told her I'd research for her. She's 84 and doesn't use a computer.
- Kirby.=)
- Q: Besides the price, are their any major differences between the two vacuum cleaners?
- Only difference I see is the Animal comes with dry powder and spot spray cleaners. The technical specs are the exact same. I'd say save the $50 and get the Full Kit.
- Q: How many of you have a vacuum cleaner that was made dirt cheap?
- Mine was free, I found it in a garbage bin. It's a type of Hoover that looks like a flying saucer, fixed the plug which was broken and volia new free vacuum cleaner. Its taped all over but works really well. Acey Deecey
- Q: What are the matters needing attention in vacuum cleaners?
- When using a vacuum cleaner, be sure to pack the filter bag so that dust does not enter the motor room
- Q: Can anyone please help me! I am soooo serious here...I have purchased two vacuum cleaners and they both SUCK. Bissel allergy one with the canister that you empty...It does not vacuum well at all, I can pick up stuff off the carpets better that the that. And then I bought a eureka vacuum from costco, not only is it hard to push, 4 months the screw came off the handle and is in the vaccum itself.....It is supposed to be industrial, and it is with a bag....and NEVER ever have I seen such scrap....I have new carpets so that is not the problem here...I also have pets....I do not want a tyson 3000 or whatever they are called...although they say they are good, and after what I have spent in these 2 vacuums I should have bought the tyson...So any suggestions or what you like would be appreciated...I am just fed up with picking up JUNK :PThanks you all..
- I have to second Elaina's vote for a Eureka Boss vacuum cleaner. I bought one two weeks ago and have already fallen in love with it. It has attachments to dust furniture, get in cracks/crevices, clean stairs, clean upholstery/drapes and more. The only flaw I've found in it so far is that it is difficult to maneuver the foot pedal that lets the vacuum recline. I think that might get easier after I use it for a while and break it in. My vacuum works great on berber carpet, tile floors, and split brick floors. Can't beat that!! It was also listed in the consumer magazine as a best buy. Good luck in your quest!
