Medium Voltage Armoured Cable

Q:I need help asap before I lose my patience with my dog.
Try Radio Shack or if it has a 3 prong socket any computer power cable will work.
Q:I'm building another computer to give to someone, i have all the parts and when it got down to installing the CD drive and the Hard drive i plugged the sata cables into the motherboard but when i looked to install them to the power supply mine did not have any of those cables. I had spare cables from my other power supply but they require you to plug them into the power supply but since the other power supply is older it doesn't work. I was wondering if i could get cables that plug into the extra connectors then to the CD drive/ Hard drive instead of plugging them into the power supply then the CD drive/ Hard drive.
There's 2 types of power connectors, old style 4-pin Molex and Sata power. Adapters are pretty cheap, just check Monoprice.
Q:So my old power cord cable is no longer working and i need a replacement but i cant find one. does anybody know where i can find one? PLease include links
120v is the time-honored (enter), what's the secondary (output)? 12v? voltage drop will become a huge element once you're coping with 12 volts. you choose a required quantity of volts and amps to run that digicam. by way of fact it is already low voltage, the greater you stretch it, the greater resistance you create. if resistance is going up, present day is going down. if present day pass down, volts pass down. quite a few the right thank you to offset it is to: Use a greater gauge cord. Use a greater voltage output utilising a greater cord will artwork in case you may calculate resistance of a cord over a special distance. you choose the mandatory output voltage on the tip of the cord. To do it suitable, we choose your enter and output voltage's, and amps on the burden (digicam), and relatively distance. A voltage drop calculation will make certain the size of cable required to 'do it suitable'. utilising a greater voltage output will artwork on a smaller cord, yet a resistor will must be put in on the digicam. you will additionally ought to alter your wall wart. Or deploy an outlet interior of 6ft of your digicam.
Q:i want to use a 120 vac extention cord wire for the power cable to my amp, is this safe? extention cords have a heavier gage than the wire in radio shack and such and is much cheaper. i dont see why this would be a problem considering car batteries are only 12 volts vs. 120 volt extention cord raiting
I have never tried an extension cord but i have tried 270v rated home wiring for outlets and stuff. The wiring I used wasnt really wire though it was made up of a solid piece of copper, not several strands of small pieces. It worked fine. I dont think an extension cord would work though. It is not a solid cable and i HAVE seen wires burn up within minutes due to being the wrong gauge, so if you plan on keeping your car/system for a while, just get the recommended amp kit. Good luck
Q:My power supply (tagan 1100w) has an 8pin m/b power cable but the PCIe one looks cooler.
Noooooooooooooooooooo!
Q:my elite was banned from xbox live, yes my fault, so i ordered a new xbox 360 elite just the xbox part and kept everything else. But it has came today my new one but my original elite power cable will not fit into this new elite i have. any reason why? will a cable for the original white xbox work for my new elite?
The 360 isn't something you desire to clutter with as its fairly fragile on the superb of circumstances. i could recommend you get the expert xbox360 potential block and cable for the xbox360. just to be risk-free!
Q:When doing competition, is there a rule where your battery in the back can't be bigger than the one in the front? Are Monster Cables as good as they perceive to be???? I.E. their 400 series cables that are wound in different arrays to optimize each frequency out put? Can a Power cable actually provide more efficiency if constructed right, once again, their 400 series?Subwoofers being 1000 RMS but only getting 500, will running them at their RMS make a significant difference?
Power cables are very very important when running a comp set up. You want as much current running through as you can possible get. Same goes for your ground, you want it to be just as good. Monster Cables are a very good brand of cable. RMS is basically the wattage a speaker can take continuously. If you run twice as many watts through your amp it will be significantly louder and boost your SPL.
Q:i bought a car from some guy..he had 2 amps but he took out one...he had the power cable running from one amp to the other. i just recently bought another amp and i was wondering if its safe to do this.he said it was working fine..he was powering 2 10 subwoofers..thats what im planning to do
it is safe...but not the best method it really depends on the guage of the wire....best to have a single large gauge running to a distribution block then a wire for each amp comming out of the block to were the amps are. blocks are fairly cheap (usually less than 20 bucks) and safer...plus you get better power flow and 1 amp is not sucking all the power before it gets to the other
Q:Hey y'all , so I got this LG X120 Netbook thing and although it works fine when power supply cable is connected, it won't play just by getting supply from its own battery..also i tried starting it up with the power cable on, and after a few moments I unplugged it, and the screen went black-I mean the netbook was turned off by itself..any help with that? thanks
It sounds like the problem is one of three things. Either the power cable is the wrong voltage/amperage (these should be labeled on both the charger and the bottom of the laptop and/or battery) If the charger specs don't match the battery specs, it can cause this to happen. Maybe there was a mess-up that caused your to receive the wrong charger. The second possibility is that the battery is bad. A third possibility may be the connection from the battery to the laptop. It may not be making a good connection or could have some internal circuit problems. In any case, if the laptop is still under warranty... I would try returning it. Even if the problem can be fixed from the above suggestions, a problem like this early on tends to be bad news of what lies ahead.
Q:ive recently opned my external harddrive case so that i could put dat harddrive in my pc ... i was able to take out the ide cable but i cnt take out the power cable... plz help me.. how can i take out the power cable?
Thats nothing new..Molex connectors often stick do not try to pull it out by the wires! grab it by the sides of the connector and wiggle it back and forth (side to side) it will come out eventually!
