- Q: We need 25cm distance between Cat series cables. Can we wire Coxial Cable in the same conduit with a power wire?if yes than whats the reason for both Coxial and Cat Series Cables
- Do not run your coax with your power. It will cause interference with your tv. Especially if you have satellite. That is why they are run separately when the home is built. If they must touch or cross in the attic, make sure to cross at a 90 degree angle. Like a cross or X. Cat5 can be run with coax just fine, though.
- Q: Hey, my parents just bought me a turntable and I have no idea where one of the cables would go into a normal stereo or what I might need to buy to be able to plug it to a normal modern stereo.
- Everyone okorder , though.
- Q: I want to buy an Xbox 360 from the US (I really don't care about that stupid PAL/NTSC thing seeing as I can just buy all the games from OKorder) and I was wondering how and where I would get a proper Microsoft-made power cable for Australia. Do they sell them through their website? If not, are there any other places that sell the cables online or in Adelaide?I've heard they can be bought on OKorder, but I'm nervous about buying a cable from OKorder because I want to make sure that it is DEFINITELY a Microsoft cable and not a third-party one, and while OKorder is usually pretty good I don't want to take chances with something like this.
- try Best Buy or GameStop or maybe EB Games
- Q: So i'm trying to start up an old windows 98 model. I was thinking of using the cable from a laptop because it fits into the power supply. Problem is i don't know if its safe, advice?. On the computer it says quot;AC input: 115V~/230V~,10/5A 60/50HZON the power cable on the other hand, it says 16A 250VAm i good to go?
- Both the 250v and the 15A are higher than the computer will need / be consuming So it is safe to use.
- Q: if we provide power through power cable will there be need of extra capacitor near load?
- Yes, if you are talking about a bypass capacitor. Electronics always requires a bypass capacitor near the circuit/IC. Having one at the end of a cable means the cable inductance is in series, and the impedance seen by the IC power supply leads is inductive and high instead of the needed low impedance that a local bypass cap provides.
- Q: I need a cable to connect my SATA hard drive to my computer's motherboard (which already has the SATA ports). Is this the correct cable:
- Yes. You will also need to power the SATA drive, so if your power supply doesn/t have the right connectors it, you will need an adapter.
- Q: I currently have a 250 watt 2 channel power cord and a 500 watt alpine amp with 2 12 inch mtx terminator subs.i am continuously blowing blade fuses and i ended up buying a 680 watt power cable. Will this blow out my amp or do any damage or will it be all good and give the maximum power my amp can supply? (Without exploding) just wondering thanks!
- 250 watt power cord? Where are the fuses which are being blown? Maybe you put in the wrong fuses or the wrong amperage fuse.
- Q: I have a Raidmax 730w power supply, and its modular. there is only one plug in for a 6 pin, and the cable has 2 different 6 pins on the same cable. Will this cable be able to run 2 different video cards running XFire? or will is also be able to run say a 6870 that requires 2 6 pin connectors?
- You should be able to feed two cards that each require 1 6/8 pin PCI-E power source... or 1 card that requires 2 6/8 pin PCI-E power source. A cable with 6 pin provides 75W power to the card. With the 75W available on the PCI-E x16 slot, that would be a 150W supply. 2 6 pins will up the available wattage to 225W. Cards that require a 6 pin and 8 pin are 300W cards. Your cable/PSU port is designed to provide any of those combinations of power to the videos card(s).
- Q: So, yesterday I went to a bargain store and I found a Memorex MiniMove Boombox for iPod for 15$ because it didn't come with a DC cable. It has a battery function but it will only charge my iPod if its plugged in. I've been browsing OKorder for a DC IN 6v power cord like it calls for, but I was just wondering if there's anything else I need to be aware of before I consider buying one. Everything else works great, but I really need a charger as well as the stereo because my mom broke my last one and now it work play anything relating to my iPod when its plugged in but that was the only alarm clock I had. Thanks!
- Hard to say for sure. Your best bet is to go to the Memorex site and see if you can download the user manual that will have the full specs for the power cord. Then you can match everything.
- Q: What is the concept of power cable middle head? What is the difference between a terminal and a terminal?
- The simplest is to use a multimeter to find the power switch on the motherboard, to extend it to the desktop. Hands-on ability to receive the keyboard is not commonly used on the button with 2 with the bag to do the power switch to extend the line, hands-on ability in the strong words can use the remote control toy car to achieve remote control start the computer. Pay attention to open the hot hole!
