1. For Polished Porcelain Tile, is the 30*60 available?
—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.
- Q: Someone spilled a cleaning liquid on my marble tiles and the glaze came off. Does anyone know how to get the shine back to normal. Right now some parts look regular, and other parts are white. With a certain angle you can clearly see the glaze is taken off.

- Q: I was told by one guy at Menards to use a 1/4 teeth trowel for 6-1/2‘‘ x 1/4‘‘ floor tiles. I am worried this will be too much glue and will ooze out the 3/16‘‘ gaps between tiles. then it will be a nightmare mess, and can‘t grout.Also do you just lay the tiles on the glue? or press down ?how much?Thank you very much
- Trowels come in several shapes and sizes generally from 3/16 v-notch to half-inch square notch. The proper trowel size is basically matched to the tile size; the smaller the tile – the smaller the trowel; the larger the tile – the larger the trowel. I'd use 1/2 x 1/2 square notch for floor tiles that large.

- Q: I am getting ready to replace my kitchen flooring. It currently has sticky vinyl tiles, which I hate. I want a nice tile look for sure. However, it seems it is very hard work installing real tile, and more expensive. I have seen some laminate click together tile flooring that looks pretty good.Which one is best? Which one would last the longest? Any other insight? Thanks!
- Ceramic tile, properly installed will out last any flooring..You have your choice of ceramic, porcelains and even real stone, if thats properly sealed. Dropping something of properly prepped and installed tile will NOT crack it. You may top chip it but you would also damage any other flooring thats installed. Laminates ,of good quality will last a long time but the water factor and being in a kitchen is high risk. Sheet vinyl , as long as you don t get a base grade and get a decent product,, is also a good flooring.The new vinyls have better top coats and clean and last longer with warranties that last a long time. Tile is labor intense but the savings out weigh having it installed. You can install it yourself for the price of having some one else install vinyl. - Q: Is it better to use ceramic or vynil tile in the bathrooms and why?(example: how it feels on your feet if you live in a state where it gets really cold in the winter, how easy are they to clean, etc.)Thanks!
- Ceramic tile is just nicer than vynil.... period. If you are woried about the coldness of the tile. I noticed at Lowe's the other day a heater coil that was made to be put under the tiles to keep them nice and toasty for your feet. I spoke to the lady about them and she said that they were becoming fairly common place. I am tiling my laundry room, so I don't think I will heat it.
- Q: I have large granite tiles on my counter that don't go all the way to the edge. Ceramic ones complete the lip. Unfortunately, to get my old dishwasher out from under the counter I had to break some. How do I remove what's left of them without damaging the really nice granite ones? Is there anything else I need to be careful about?
- The force from removing the broken tile can be transferred through the grout onto the granite tile. So first try to clear out the grout between the 2 rows of tile. Use a hammer and chisel (and safety glasses) and swing away from the tile you want to keep. If there is a mud job with thinset between the mud and the tile, try to chisel the thinset off, leaving the bottom mud-job in tact. If you're lucky, you won't have to repair it and can start laying the new tile right away.
- Q: I have a pistol grip glass cutter with a carbide cutting wheel....can this be used to cut ceramic tile, or am I better off to get tile nippers?
- You score tile with the glass cutter. For other than straight cuts those nippers are still useful.
- Q: Laying 225 Sq ft of 18x18 tile on flat slab. Using Ultraflex II thinset (white) w/ 1/16 spacers. Cannot find a 3/4 trowel to apply just to floor...can I use 1/2 sq notch trowel if I apply to floor and back of tile as well when I set them???

- Q: I purchaced this tile in 2003 fromThe Tile Shop. I had an incident occure which led me to look for 5 more tiles. I was told by The Tile Shop that they were discontinued. I‘ve called everywhere( in Kansas and Missouri). So far I haven‘t had any luck. where can I find the ceramic tile color Yosemite Sand 13 inch square. I need atleast 5 of them. Thank You..

- Q: How to remove paint from wall tile in our 1929 home? Floor tile is original and in excellent shape. Help?!?
- Its probably real enamel and if so,will be bonded very tight.Paint remover,steel wool,and a scraper might be your only help,but depends on the tile as to if this will scratch it.They make rotary paint removers that attach to a drill and little wires slap the paint off.I think they make a plastic version of these for easily damaged surfaces.There are hot air paint remover guns that might help also.Might be easier to repaint the tile to a blank color that matches your current color scheme,then try your hand at hand painting flowers on some of them as an accent.Be creative.Hope this helps..
