- you could make L shaped 'legs' (four) the same heoght with the glass blocks. turn the open parts toward the center, corners out. place the mirror on a piece of plywood, and frame the mirro with tile to make, coffee table, end table, sofa table, night table varying the design only by lengths and widths. You could make a set. Also take five mirror tiles and four 12 pieces of lumber. adhere a tile to two pieces of wood and set to dry, do it again, so to let two dry at a time. when dry, stand upright as ends of a cube use two tiles to complete the cube and set a fifth one on top for a mirror cube. Raise the mirror cube using glass blocks, as before. Cut a piece of 4x4 wood the lenth of the floor to ceilng and screw to a wall and tile with the white tiles to create architectural interest in a room. Build a column of wood, 12 x4 and use mirror on one side and tiles on the end to create a room dividing pice of art that uses the light in a room to trick the eye and increase it's size. With the prpoer nearly clear silicone you can create a column of glass blocks and light it from inside with christmas lights.

- With all due respect and not knowing at all your DESIGN, certainly I have suugestions. After installing thousands of sq. ft of tile, and various other flooring I ask that you e mail me. The tile installed may be at some similar level to the tile but needs transition molding, and again without knowing the design; is to to be a DECO thing or a simple carpet butted to tile as in half a space? The installation process isn't so difficult even for a DY, but there are things to consider, I offer all the help, through my experience, I can offer in emailing me... even if I'm not BEST. - Q:i don‘t even know how to explain what i want to ask.. but here i go....how do you make sure they come out straight. i know how to lay them but how do you make sure the second row comes out straight at the other end. I guess i need help lining them. chalk line will help but how do i do it. is there a website or video that may help me. ((( i lay down the first row along the chalk straight line. i then lay down one half tile at the end of the first tile row. then i continue with the full tile so i can get a staggered look. but how do i make sure that the second row is dead on? help if you can thanks. also if you have any other advice for laying staggered floor tile let me know. thanks.20x20 Porcelain floor tile.
- For the best answers, search on this site https://shorturl.im/awfzh The tiles should be the same size or in a pattern such that you can off set the joints and still have the tilegrout lines still line up. Or some of them you can both off set the joints and do a offset or brick pattern in the laminate itself. This type of laminate you ll need more than normal scrap because you will scrap more out on this type of laminate. - Q:Anyone know if that type of ceiling tile has asbestos? Unsure of the year built. It has a texture to it which is why I‘m worried about it.
- No way to be absolutely certain without examination. My guess is 95% that does not. Take a tile into a hardware store/home center and ask there. If they all look at you with confused looks, wait outside for a contractor or two to walk by and ask them. Handling asbestos isn't a death sentence. If unsure- wear a dust mask while handling the tile. It is the asbestos dust particles from it breaking up, that you breath in that could cause a problem (again- it's not guaranteed to harm you).
- Q:We had a piping problem in out house and we need to find self stick tiles. We honestly cant find any good places to find these tiles. If anyone can give good suggestions on where to find some self stick tiles? I live in dearborn Michagan.
- The tiles you seek can be found at any home improvement and carpeting store. Self-stick tiles are nice but they require perfect preparation before you attempt to lay them. Anything less than that will disappoint you when the tiles start lifting or they develop ugly peaks and valleys from the foot traffic. Good luck with your project.

- Q:How can I find out how many tiles I need to buy?
- It is sold by the s/f ,even if you buy a 8x8 tile for example. Some places will only sell in whole boxes.You ll need extra for cuts and waste anyway. When buying from the big box places ,look and make sure you get all the same dye lot and run number. If you buy from the mom and pop store, you ll get the same dye lot always.
