- Hankook and Defintiy are garbage. BFGoodrich is a trusted brand, but like goodyear, they are pricy. Yokohama Geolanders wouldn't be a bad choice. It is a quality tire and is not quite in the price range as Goodyears. Big O Tires has a Big O Sport Touring tire that is a decent tire and they have a buy 3 get one free tire promo running right now.

- Since the forks are fairly raked out, I suspect that the Rebel forks are too long. You could always buy 3 of them, and use the third one to lengthen the other two.

- You can go to a gas station and have them do it for you or do it yourself, but that is really hard, you need a device to do that and the balancer, it doesn't cost much money for an old fashioned set up but better to have a gas station do it, they might charge $15 or $20 per tire.
