- i actually prefer my quickie power chair. i dont like the people from hoverround. they came to my house for a test drive and yelled at my dog when she did nothing wrong. im slightly hearing impaired and if i remember she was alerting me to a noise. anyway, i like the scooters at places i shop at because it makes my shopping experience 100% better when im not trying to wheel and hold onto my purchases. they have a wheelchair (cant remember the brand offhand) that you can have it as a power chair and it also converts to a scooter. by the way i can and do drive a normal car.

- a fail proof way to get an idea of how much fabric you will need: Take a tablecloth and drape it over the chair. This will give you a feeling of how much fabric you will need. If the tablecloth is too big, buy less fabric than the table cloth measurements and vice versa. I realize this is not a professional way to measure, but for the layman, it is a great way to get the spacial measurement needed.
- Q: So, a friend and I are in the middle of a pointless debate. Which would cause more damage, being hit by a chair or a human? We are assuming a human mass of about 77Kg and a chair mass of about 5kg. Both being swung at the the same velocity (about 20 m/s). I said the human because it has about 17 times more mass and momentum.Please set the record straight.
- I assume you mean the chair is being swung by a human and the human's arm is swinging, not that a whole human is being swung? So it is a case of being hit by a human with a chair or by the human's fist? The chair would be swung more or less at arms length. Assuming the arm is turning at about the same rotational speed for either the fist or the chair, the end of the chair would actually be much further from the body than the fist at the end of the arm, so the bit of the chair which makes impact would actually be traveling much faster than the fist. You can't simply compare the mass of the human with that of the chair because the mass of the chair is increased by the human who is attached to it and swinging it. Effectively the person and chair become a single bludgeoning unit unless the person lets go of the chair. Given that the total mass is similar but the chair will have greater impact because the bit of the chair farthest from the person swinging it will be moving at a greater speed, the chair will do more damage. Add in to the equation the fact that a person punching will be more likely to pull back from a full impact because of the pain involved in the fist when it hits its mark - but the chair feeds back no pain to the assailant so it can be followed through at full impact. Finally, if the chair hits at one of the padded parts then the blow will be significantly cushioned, but if it is a wooden bit that hits, that will be harder than flesh-covered bone.

- if the chair is $9.99 try bidding at $10.50... when someone bids higher than you like lets say they bid $11.00 for the chair then you need to raise the price on your first bid to make your bid higher than the other bidders. the bid is being timed so make sure at the last last last minute you bid the highest from everyone to win the chair. no one has bided on the chair from what i see so you have a good chance to win the chair so far.

Also what state you live in because some states might not have that particular chair. 1)For online you can always check on Ebay or Amazon, I provided websites for the exact chair you are talking about. 2) At stores I think it is rare to find, or just not labeled on the websites. It is probably at my best guess at the furniture store. I would first go to your local furniture store and ask them if they have Aarnio-Eero-Style-BALL-CHAIR-White-shel... Red interior They will locate it for you. If you want to just buy it online than just follow the two websites that I provided which is from Ebay or on Amazon whichever you like better. - Keep a hand on something to help keep you balanced. No sense in falling over and knocking yourself out ;) I do recommend against, though, doing too much jogging. Jogging as strictly your only exercise can stiffen your hips. So if you jog, do a lot of stretches that help keep your hips flexible.
