- Lift the front first from the middle of the vehicle as high as possible and put the jack stands on the frame rail, the go to the rear and do the same.

What you see those Jeeps doing when the tires move but the body stays fairly level is called flexing or articulation. All suspensions provide this movement but it depends on the suspension design as to how much flex it has.

- Since you are lifting half the car, you are in effect lifting only 10,000 N. since you have a mechanical advantage of 50, you require a 50th of this force to be applied to the jack. So the answer is 200N.
