Q: It was on the first floor in one of the show rooms just inside the door. it had a multicam paint job and had something like 450 horsepower i believe. but it was a custom car of a new american car company. lifted with big wheels, basically a baja car.
If you put headers and exhaust tips welded on it is going to make it louder.
Q: will they rub or do i have to lift the car
put some slicks on that beast not 20's dont be a freaking wanna be gangsta that stuff does not look good trust me old cars must stay old and never be introverted with this new crap nw days
Q: I have a 2005 nissan altima and I put 20 inch rims on it I am wanting to lift the car about 2 inches. Does anyone know a place around lake charles or lafayette louisiana that does this.I live in Kinder.
Well you might be able to get this lift height from Air shocks or you may need to replace the stock springs. these two would be the least expensive.Air bags require alot of mods and $. I think you can fit the 20 inchers without the lift. ask your wheel shop and or call a Nissan dealer. Best wishes. /JOe
Q: I‘m probably not going to get a car , witch if i do / don‘t it doesn‘t matter i‘ll just work and get a good enough car to go to work amp; back but did you get a car at 16 [No bragging comments] ?
it depends on why the price declined.
Q: like the ones in Need For Speed Under Ground 2 (Game)when the car lifts up from the back and also from the front.
air shocks, or air suspension shocks
Q: specifically, two logs joined in a A frame, I have nothing above them to hook my come along to, and the only jack I have is for my car (lifts about a foot) so how can I bring this A frame upright?
You could tie a rope to the top of the 'A' frame, then pass it up and over a prop, and down to an anchor point, where the come-along is attached. Then a slow process of jacking and re-propping will eventually get it upright.
Q: I need pictures of a hydraulic car lift. I need one that I can clearly see where the valve and reservoir are. I need information on the reservoir and valve. Reservoir: Type, pressure/volume of operation, mode of operation etc.Valve: Type(s), location(s), what is controlled, etc.I haven't been able to find all of this information on the internet, and I don't really know anything about hydraulic car lifts so I'm not sure what I'm looking at anyways. This should preferably be from the same model of car lift. Any info and pictures are greatly appreciated.

Q: I was recently driving on a road in the mountains and hit a patch of black ice. My car slid and went into a shallow ditch maybe two feet deep at the most. My car had a tree branch tangled somewhat in the front wheels. I pulled the tree branch away and with some maneuvering was able to get the car out of the ditch. I noticed at first some squeaking, which went away as I drove. I notice now that when my car goes over 40 mph I feel a really bad vibration coming from the front end, you can feel it through the steering wheel, what feels like the wheels or suspension or something. Nothing looks bad to the naked eye as the car really took no significant exterior damage. Yet I feel something is not right. What do you think it would be?, and will this be an easy fix for a mechanic?
It could be one of many things depending on the year, make and model It would be best to have your local mechanic put the vehicle on a car lift and check the undercarriage as well as the suspension, wheels and tires
Q: a crane P lifts a car upto acertain height in 1 minute. another crane Q lifts the same car upto the same height in 2 minutes.statements-1. crane P consumes two times more fuel than crane Q2. crane P supplies two times more power than crane Qchoose the correct answer-a. statement (1) is true while statement (2) is false.b. statement (1) is false while statement (2) is true.c. both statements are true.d. both statements are false
a crane P lifts a car upto a certain height in 1 minute. another crane Q lifts the same car upto the same height in 2 minutes. Work weight of car * distance raised Since both cranes raised the same car, both cranes did the same amount of work. Since both cranes did the same amount of work, both cranes exerted the same amount of energy. The fuel is the source of the energy. Since both cranes consumed the same amount of fuel!! Power Work ÷ time Crane P did the work in ? the time of Crane Q, so crane supplied two times more power than crane Q. The operator of Crane P had to rush to the restroom as his name implies!! Ha Ha statements- 1. crane P consumes two times more fuel than crane Q False 2. crane P supplies two times more power than crane Q True choose the correct answer- a. statement (1) is true while statement (2) is false. b. statement (1) is false while statement (2) is true. c. both statements are true. d. both statements are false
