- The speakers behind your rear seats should be 6x9 speakes I'm not sure though. The price range varies though. I say to get a decent pair of speakers it will cost like 50-60 dollars. Check Amazon or OKorder once you know the speaker size.

- the wireless is only so that cables don't run all over the house from the amp to the speakers. you still need to plug them into the wall to get power. battery operated speakers exist, but they are super weak and the sound isn't loud enough.

- Any 4x6 speaker you want. The power rating of the speakers will far exceed anything your headunit is capable of outputting (which is about 20 - 23W RMS). Go to the store, listen to as many speakers as you can, pick one out that you like and fits your budget. Make sure the speakers are playing off the same headunit, powered by the same amp, and playing the same song. Compare apples to apples.

If there really are 2 million in the world, there should be 400.000 in China. I remember a decade or two ago, chinese media told of courses with hundreds or thousands of participants. - well it depends on your price range and the size of your speakers. my door speaker slots are 5 1/4 and i bought a pair of alpine type r and they sound beautiful and were $95. When it comes down to it, it is your opinion on which speakers sound nice. my advice is to go down to a few car audio places and listen to some of the speakers.

- Floor standing speakers generally provide a richer sound and have a wider frequency response. They can provide deep bass so at times, you may not even need a subwoofer. Bookshelf speakers on the other hand, usually require an additional sub because they cannot reproduce low-frequencies very well due to their small drivers. The guy above me Fisher doesn't really know what he's talking about. In general, most floor standing speakers are NOT self-powered. Depending on the efficiency of the speaker, floor standing speakers usually require more power to operate properly, so you need a decent amp or receiver to drive them. So to answer your question, I would go with floor-standers just because they have a wider frequency range and because I like big speakers :D HOWEVER, with a $250 budget, you will not be able to purchase very good floor-standing speakers. You need to bump your budget up to AT LEAST $400 to get a decent pair of floor-standers.

- Sure, you can use any speaker cable you want. You can't connect them directly to an xbox, mp3 or ipod, you need an audio amplifier (receiver).

- Thus:Hook up the good speaker having tweeter woofer(Bass) to the said amplifier.See if the speaker gives adequate o/p. say it gives the adequate o/p, .Then the amplifier is ok. If there is no sound or less o/p of the sound, the amplifier is gone with the wind.Now, how do you check if the speaker is ok.Thus:a) Get a dry battery with two separate wires connected to its each ends,then touch the terminals of the speaker with the remaining ends of the wire intermittently.The speaker should the the cracking noise it is ok. If it is not ok, there wil not be sound o/p. b)The next easy method is to use the multimeter for continuity test.c)The best method is to use the audio generator to test the speaker.
