Q:If the speakers are very close (almost touching it) to the lcd monitor can they damage the screen or damage it in any way at all?The speakers are 2x40W btw.Tnx: I don't think so for LCD, however, this may affect the old monitors and old TVs.

Q:I just bought a Used Mini Cooper S JCW. Love the car however the stereo is disappointing. I looked up after market stereos and most of them involve taking the whole center console out making it an eye sore. Will this enhance the sound and if so does anyone know good speakers for a good price?: Aftermarket speakers will sound better then OEM speakers, but to get the most out of them, you either need to hook up aftermarket speakers to an amp or get an aftermarket head unit, because a stock head unit can't suppose the amount of RMS power that the aftermarket speakers need/want/can use.

Q:can i replace some 3ohm speakers with 8ohm tower speakers?: I would not recommend it at all. Those home theater in a box are not very reliable in the power rating they provide. By changing the speaker resistance it also reduces the power going to the speakers. If you had a receiver then it would be no problem at all, due to they are rated to handle speakers from 4 to 8 OHM.
