Q: I have been using US keyboard all my life. Since I am(will) travel frequent and use other languages, i am considering to buy my new laptop with a US international keyboardHow different is a US international keyboard is from the normal US keyboard?
A keyboard designed for speed typing. The Dvorak keyboard was designed in the 1930s by August Dvorak, a professor of education, and his brother-in-law, William Dealy. Unlike the traditional QWERTY keyboard, the Dvorak keyboard is designed so that the middle row of keys includes the most common letters. In addition, common letter combinations are positioned in such a way that they can be typed quickly. It has been estimated that in an average eight-hour day, a typist's hands travel 16 miles on a QWERTY keyboard, but only 1 mile on a Dvorak keyboard. In addition to the standard Dvorak keyboard, there are two additional Dvorak keyboards, a left-handed and right-handed keyboard. These keyboards are designed for people who have only one hand for typing.
Q: Several simple methods of fault maintenance
Pat keyboard. Turn off the computer and remove the keyboard from the host
Q: I was playing a game and then my keyboard wouldn't work. But my mouse did work. I closed down the game and then went onto a website and my keyboard still wouldn't work. It didn't work for my whole computer. I had to restart it, and its really annoying because ive been having to restart it about every 20 minutes or so. Why is this? My keyboard is properly put in and even if i unplug and plug, it still wont work. What should I do to fix this from happening again? Please and thankyou~
try sticking the keyboard into another computer to see which is broken, the computer or the keyboard. if its the key board, well old keyboards use old fashioned plugs that trap dust(or insects) easily, so blow those out, if its the computer do a full virus scan to see if a keylogger or virus has somehow screwed up ur keyboard. send the keyboard to a repair shop if nessasry
Q: Hi I'm a newbie, and I want to buy a keyboard to practice at home. What kinds of keyboard I should avoid getting? Can you give me some recommendations? My budget is $300 max
Casio Lighting Keyboard LK-230 OR the Casio Lighting Keyboard LK-300T good for beginners. Their prices range from $399.00 and up. I had a Casio Lighting LK-230, definitely worth saving for that extra 100 bucks OR Yamaha YPG 235 76-Key Portable Grand Piano Keyboard from about $250.00 Yamaha NPV60 76-Key Mid-Level Piaggero Ultra-Portable Digital Piano from $329.00 Williams Allegro 88-Key Digital Piano from $299.00 Don't get any keyboard from M-audio. I've heard that they aren't very durable. Great brands to look at is Roland, Casio, Yamaha and Williams. Best is to go to a music shop and ask the people to help you out. They will be able to give you the best quality for your budget. I would strongly advise you to save up another 100 bucks or more, because it's better to get something a bit more expensive, even as a beginner, and make sure that you have something that lasts.
Q: I own a Yamaha PSR-GX76 keyboard and I am wondering am i able to import beats into my keyboard? I have a midi and I want to use the beats used in the midi and put it in my keyboard and play the chords of the song myselfI see people doing this all the time in parties, weddings, etc. but how can I do this?
Probably your keyboard is not able to receive MIDI data in several tracks at once. That is, it can not read, say, drums in track 1, piano in track 2 and so on, and perform it right. I bet it can only read one single midi channel, and you may not been even able to select it. Try to connect your keyboard to your PC and play a known MIDI song, put your keyboard in whole keyboard mode (neither rythms nor chords) and see what happens.
Q: I have the first kindle fire and I was wondering if it can have a keyboard? Like there's wifi so shouldn't I be able to buy a wifi keyboard for it?
My kids just love our Kindle Freetime unlimited on their Kindle Fire
Q: I wanted to get some Keyboard Stickers for my laptop, but I don't want to buy them from the internet. I want to buy them fom a store, but I don't know where to go. Does anybody know where I could find some?
Keyboard stickers? Like to replace that actual letting on your current keyboard? Just get some little stickers from any arts store and make your own.
Q: Some suggestions for cleaning keyboard
Rubber pads generally do not require cleaning Removing violence will damage the cap
Q: I was chatting with a friend online when suddenly my keyboard went insane. When I'd press I it would immediately go to the beginning of the sentence and leave 'iurw' behind. So instead of living it would be 'liuwf' And when I'd press K it would close the window that was currently on top. I didn't do anything before this happened and I have no idea how to fix it I restarted my laptop but it's still going crazy. Does anybody know how to fix this? Also, my laptop is Windows 7.Thank you!
replace okorder
Q: i have this computer that kills your keyboard. i plug everything in right, put a new hard drive into it, and it doesn't start up. there is nothing, then when you plug the keyboard into another computer, keyboard doesn't work. my 1st question is why? why does it kill it? keyboards have no memory, so how can it kill it? i put the same hard drive and keyboard into another computer, and keyboard doesn't work. i switch hard drives and it still doesn't work. how can that happen? my 2nd question is what would make it kill the keyboards? can't be a virus, as they can only be saved to hard drives, right? i switched hard drives and it still doesn't work. so wtf is going on?
First off are there any beeps when you boot your computer up? The computer is not killing your keyboard Have you tried a different keyboard on your computer? To me it sounds like you need to get a new keyboard cause this one is broken.
