They need to be built on an 18 by18 concrete footing with rebar.Depths and size depend on ground stability. If your in city limits you need an inspector to tell you the specs for that area and what all you can do your self. You also need to talk to the plumber and electrician before you start with all this, because there could be pipe or sleeves they would need to put in while the other things are going on. Blue print copies are handy for all this. The list of things to do is too large for this area to describe all things out. If you can, find a contractor who will do the detailed work, but let you be incharge of the desighn and the people you use. We allow most of the people to do the things they want and just guide them as they need it. I paid the architect after final billing and paid the contractor first a deposit, and from then on had a planned payment schedule of 3 sums with the successful completion of each stage as described in our contract. - It is a variable power scope that goes from 8 power to 32 power. The number 50 is the diameter of the front lens measured in millimeters. I am not familiar with the Excavator brand so I don't know if it as any good or not. You have a scope that is generally too powerful for hunting. Even on its lowest power, it will be hard to find your target in the scope. At 32 power, you would have an almost impossible time finding it. The scope is best suited for long range stationary target shooting..

- Q: My backyard is just a rocky weed patch that has never been finished, and I want to have a service come in and dig off the top 6 or 8 inches of soil/debris and bring in topsoil to replace it. What would you call this service, and who would I have do this? Would a regular landscaper do it, or do I need to call an excavator company? There is a significant amount of rock in my soil, so I'm assuming they'd need more than just a little bobcat.
- Price your job with local landscape companies. Even with a small landscaping company I could always rent what ever equipment I needed for a job. I would avoid an excavator company because they will only rip stuff out with no concern for future landscaping needs. Good luck
