We can design and produce excavator buckets for all brands, scientifically solve stress problem as different construction conditions and customer requirements, and have ability to ensure structural strength, use performance and product quality by selection of high-quality material, advanced computer-aided design and complete control over process welding quality. The specification ranges from 0.1m3 to 12m3.

By bucket type and material, there are common bucket, imitated original bucket, reinforced bucket and rock bucket, which are made from domestic high-tensile structural steel 16Mn (Q345B), in addition, the tooth plate and side edge board of reinforced bucket and rock bucket can be made from domestic high-quality wear-resistant steel NM360 and Sweden ultrahigh-strength wear-resistant steel HARDOX according to customer demands.

By function, there are ditching bucket, grid bucket, cleaning bucket, and tipping bucket, etc. The ditching bucket is suitable for ditching in different forms, and is featured by once forming, no finish and high work efficiency. The grid bucket is used to separate, excavate or salvage bulk materials excellently at a time, and is widely applicable to municipal administration, agriculture, forestry, water conservation and earthwork, and cleaning bucket and tipping bucket are suitable for finishing of slop and other planes and huge desilting and cleaning of riverway and ditches, and the tipping bucket can change the dip angle of cleaning bucket by the hydro-cylinder, which greatly improves work efficiency.

Q:Use of excavators
(5) replacement of the devices can be poured, weight, installation, piling, rammed earth etc..
Q:If so, what is your favorite episode? Also, why is that your favorite epsiode?Mine is the one that has to do with the worlds largest machines or something like that, I just can't remember the actual title. But my favorite part about that episode was when they talked about the bucket excavators. They said the largest one can hold 2 Grey Hound buses in the part that holds the dirt.
nope i usually just watch the ufo shows on there
Q:What is the length, width and height of bucket shovels for type 240 excavators?
Model is 60, that is, 6 ton bucket capacity of about 0.3 cubic meters;Model is 120, that is, 12 ton bucket capacity of about 0.5 cubic meters;Model is 160, that is, 16 ton bucket capacity of about 0.65 cubic meters;Model is 220, that is, 22 ton bucket capacity of about 1.1 cubic meters;
Q:There's a huge construction site (buildings being torn down) that I drive by on my way to work, and it's full of various heavy equipment. I'm fascinated by the excavators, because they remind me of giant, toothy quot;mouthsquot; on the end of long arms. It's also interesting to see how precisely they can chomp, lift and/or move things with their quot;jawsquot;. (I know, they're actually called buckets, heads and/or attachments, but I like the metaphor of mouths and jaws. *grin*)I was just curious how easy or difficult excavators are to operate? I'm guessing they're more challenging than some pieces of construction equipment. Hopefully at least some folks here have experience using them. Thanks and have a great weekend! :)
wow....you sure have an obsession starting there...lol anyway, it's not too hard to get the basics down, how to move the different mechanisms, but you need to have lots of practice before you do anything that requires precision. One wrong move and all that horsepower can make big damage! And they're like most pieces of heavy equipment...they're very challenging to operate well. I have some experience pipelining, so I have seen lots of operators. Most have to have years of experience before they're really good. Its tough to get someone to show you how if you're not being paid....you can rent tiny ones at some rental places if you really want to give it a try! pick a wide open space, and remember, you have to have the ground searched for buried pipelines, electrical lines, phone, water and sewer, etc before you dig.
Q:we would either camp or live in our vehicles. i am broke as hell so might as well be poor out there. I have a better chance of finding enough gold to pay my bills than i do of staying here in FL and being broke all the time for lack of job prospects. It will be hard but so much fun! i have internet marketing ideas that could potentially make me very rich, but until i have money to advertise, i will remain broke as all hell! im female. late 30's,unencumbered and desperate for adventure and change! any takers?
All the easy Gold has been Panned,..Now they use Excavators, and dozer's.. A Tunnel digging machine at Porcupine Creek,..Alaska...you'd have to modify the Drill Bit... Too Bad... It's so far away from home..
Q:I'm still in highschool but I can do an apprenticeship program to help me.
Joining the Job Core for heavy machinery operating can give you training and job placement and housing and some Grant money to get by on wile your in Trade Schooling for operating machinery. Other then that you pretty much need a Referral from some one that knows some owners of construction companies and can get you started. Some Jobs last for a long time and other are short and time between jobs are some times long. There is a machinery Operators union and they have there own training school and on the job training.
Q:I saw one that said quot;Don't get pushyquot;,quot;You push,you pay!quot;and simply, quot; DO NOT PUSH!quot;. Be specific in your answer besides quot;it can damage the dump bed,ectquot;
the box is not strong enough to stand pushing a heavy truck.
Q:I have a Kobelco Excavator with a Mitsubishi Diesel engine. With the serial number 6d15-547647. I need to know the turbo serial number, is there any way of getting this?
ask your local Kobelco dealer, they will know for sure
Q:We built our own house two years ago and moved in April 2008. We had the excavators back-fill after inspections. Since then the soil has been settling down to the point now I can see the top of the tar on the foundation. How long does this continue? It seems to have slowed down this past year, but it has messed up my plans of planting around my house. I want to put more dirt around the foundation to build it back up where it is suppose to be, but then I'd have to wait on that to settle. That is a lot of dirt. I'm debating on doing it myself or have the excavator come back in and do it for me.
Ground Settling
Q:In the case of damage to the cable, cable from one side of the excavator how to the other side. Do not bury the soil, do not use the cover plate, nor tilt the crawler, hand pulled. That is the action itself directly with the past security machine, it will have that skill
This small shovel dug straight to the first line to get parallel, the size of the arm extension end, a bucket, then closed arm while walking, when the car over the line after the half, stretched from the push plate, to a certain height, the size of the arm to hold back the rotary body, the push plate back backward, too put off the line after the body on the line
