- The only legal way to do it is the old fashioned slow way. Pay all your bills on time. If you have things in collections, call the company and work out a payment plan. If you have items that have been written off, call the company to see if you can come to an payment agreement. Sometimes a company will take partial payment and then remove the item from your credit report. Make sure there are no mistakes on your record. If there are mistakes, get them straightened out. Mostly it will take time. If you have made payments on time for two years and have taken care of paying off past-due accounts etc, your credit will improve. Also, be careful with getting store credit cards and low introductory rate credit cards. These things can trap you into buying things you can't afford and cause you to not be able to meet your expenses through their high interest payments etc. Go to the Library and ask the librarian for books on financial management and budgeting. Learn all you can. Most of the credit counseling services don't do that good of a job. As a matter of fact, many of them have been under investigation for taking money from clients without giving actual service.

- Interesting question. Digging the hole for the foundation is much faster than putting up the floors. Using a house as an example, the excavator usually can dig the hole in a few hours. Then, one day to pour the footings for the foundation, another day to form and pour the walls (if using that type of foundation). If using block wall foundation, figure a few days. Now comes the framing. Depending on the size of the house, it will take anywhere from 1-3 days to frame in the first floor deck. Figure another 2-7 days to frame the first floor walls, depending on the crew size and complexity of the plan. Repeat for any additional floors and then roof. There is no way to give you a cost. You have not given any information, such as size and type of building, location, construction materials, etc. Hope this helps.

Some landscapers say to move it with a tree spade, and others say it should by hand dug and balled with burlap before moving. Which method would you recommend?
- I have been in the business for over 25 yrs. use a tree spade. The weight of the ball alone will require a small crane or large loader to move it out of the hole and the fifty feet to the new hole. Second if you don't know the secret of balling large trees, the ball will fall apart when you try to move it. you will then snap the roots and damage the tree. why take a chance with such a nice tree. This is the very reason they invented tree spades. a good operator will have it done in two hours or less including the plug hole.

- Hi there! If you are from out of Canada, I HIGHLY suggest that you concentrate on the Fort McMurray area. I know of several companies that are hiring workers from the USA, and from other countries. Many of these jobs are union, but there are a few that are non-umion. A lot of these jobs have camps to live in. Others pay sub......X amount of $$$ a day.....and you find a room to live in town for 1000.00 a month, plus buy and cook all your food.....travel time is 2-3 hours a day to site, you're better off in camp. I would look up every heavy machinery co. in ft. mac......... there is a lawyers office in Fort McMurray that specializes in immigration regarding employment. Hope this helps.

- not going to look up your particular model but some have a safety interlock handle on both control towers, if so make sure there both down, if that's not the case then you have a faulty micro switch at the interlock handle, a faulty interlock solenoid, or a problem with the wiring, if its new enough to have a ECM then that could be another issue, in any case I'd suggest a mechanic.
- Q: I am interested in buying a mini excavator what kind of trailer ,the excavator will weigh about 5500lbs give or take to modle i get. will my 250 be able to tow this. ill have to get a trailer break system put in. It has a 7 prong connector but theres nothing for braking in it if i am correct?its a 2004 Ford 250 super duty would a regular car trailer work? i don't know how much they can hold.
- yes. you have more than enough truck to tow this. my uncle and i pulled a semi up a hill with his. so yeah... youve got truck. dont under estimate it. car trailer should do it. but at least get a tandem axle. most tandem axle trailers already have brakes so if u hook everything up you're good to go. 7 pin = braking. however a brake controller (sits up in the cab and controls how much work the trailer brakes are doing) is strongly reccomended) 4pin= lights only. if you do get a car trailer. look at what its maximum capacity is. go to a trailer dealer. (the one ur going to buy from) and ask them which trailer best suits your needs (they tend to know what they're doing) and when i say car trailer i mean flatbed that weighs well more than you can push around by hand
