- Q: My father needs dirt for a job. We live in the area code 626. We need clean dirt or good dirt, for free if possible. If you are selling, or getting rid of dirt
- Go here to craigs list..it is totally free..sign up for an account..then once done..click on your state..then click on your town..and post an ad for this in the proper section..more than likely the wanted section
- Q: i saw an add for this and thought it looked pretty cool but was wondering if anyone had experience ?is there a high impaction risk even though it is hardened?if so is there a substrate that would get the same look across without the risk?thanks!
- I have heard good and bad things about it. I use calcium sand, there is a very low risk of impaction. also white paper towels work. good luck
- Q: Does anyone agree with me that the Loch Ness Monster was real at one time but died. The bones were buried under the sediment and could be found. If you have evidence to prove or disprove my theory please explain or provide a link.
- i agree with you and i think there was a dinosaur kind of like him, so maybe one of those dinosaurs stayed alive and someone spotted him but he died when people started searching for him
- Q: I use excavator for my leo's enclosure but it's kind of expensive so I would like an alternative. Any ideas? Thanks(:
- If you want a clay substitute I don't think there's another kind that is sold specially for reptiles but look up what kind of clay is safe to use for leopard geckos.
- Q: what is the lifting capacity of a caterpillar 245?
- Wrong category, but an excavator will typically pick up 30% of its weight If close to the tracks.
- Q: When Will the AMD Steamroller Be Released?
- I remember reading about this somewhere, and it got delayed as far as 2014 for the looks of it. Excavator went even further.
- Q: i know the 400 excavator and d8, but what other equipment should i use?
- What type of gold mining? Alluvial gold mining or Hard rock gold mining? I'll assume alluvial mining. You need an excavator bulldozer to strip off the overburden. You need an excavator trucks to load / transport the gravels to your wash-plant. If you are operating in as large a scale as you appear to be, your wash-plant will consist of a hopper feeding a trommel feeding a series of sluices. You'll need plentiful supply of water. You'll need a balance to measure the weight of your gold. You'll also need some honest people around you who you can trust not to steal the gold! There are all sorts of tricks with stealing gold such as swallowing it then recovering it from the other end!!
- Q: Ok here's the story. My husband stopped this guy from illegally dumping on his own lot, because it was in wetlands and he was also dumping junk there to fill it in. This guy has given us problems ever since. We own some land and anytime we do anything on the land we get a call from a police department that doesn't even have jurisdiction over it. We've been called by them to mow it(it's agriculture land), we've had vehicles tagged twice now(their all licensed except the excavator which doesn't need one), the state was called when my husband was leveling an already existing driveway. I'm sure there's nothing we can do. We're just going to keep getting harassed because the bad guys know people. Just figured I'd ask for any advice. I did read theres a open fields doctrine, but this is a police department for the town and we're under the county as we're unincorporated. The tags say they're going to tow our vehicles which I'm worried about.
- if you are right and police that don't even have jurisdiction in your area are trying to interact with you in any way then just call the police that Do Have Jurisdiction and let them deal with it ! btw ... the police usually know where their jurisdiction starts and ends.
- Q: *forklift*cement mixer*dump truck*excavatorno special models, just the average forms of these
- This is a unusual speed question! I was expecting Corvette or EVO or something like that! Most large trucks in the U.S. have a limited top speed of 70 to 80MPH. Their Governor that limited fuel to the engine when reaching a certain speed. But a Fully loaded Dump Truck or Cement Mixer would be hard pressed to get up to that speed. They will eventually reach it, but it will be a long time. The governor can be removed however, but if I was driving something that heavy, I don't think I would dare top it out! :) I guess I'm just a chicken. A Forklift, I have absolutely no idea. The one my Pop's used to drive did not have a Speedometer, but I would guess it got up to about 15MPH. An excavator, also no clue. Most construction pieces when driving on the highway only are doing around 25 to 30MPH, which is why I hate driving through construction zones.
- Q: The tracks are kinda loose and I want to adjust them.
- you hve a plate in the front on the outside, remove the plate and you will see a grease fitting, pump grease into the fitting until you reach desired tension. aint sure what the measurment is on it but dont get to tight or youll do more harm than good. track should droop a couple inchs i would think. good luck
