- Q:k---so no fluid is coming outwipers work fine.checked fuses, they were fine, replaced pumpfluid worked ! (for a week) went to use it today and nothing. At all.Makes me mad because I was so excited I got it fixed.I smelled something smoke and it smelled sweet inside the car.this last Sunday uld a fuse have blown just now?(I had someone helping me last time.) I have a 97 Saturn SL2.
- It was not simply rude, it was downright lazy or dangerous, unless it was accidentally omitted ( which we can all be quilty of). Whether or not to notify him, you must decide for yourself, but you'll wear yourself out trying to improve others actions and your own re-action to outsiders needs looking at!
- Q:I have an 89 GMC and the wipers don‘t work. I‘ve already checked the fuses, they‘re fine. Anything else I can try?
- You probably need a new wiper delay circuit board. Not only does it control the delay of the wipers but if it is bad it will not allow them to work at all.
- Q:I have a 95 Toyota Celica and the windshield wiper fuse keeps blowing. As soon as I put in the fuse there is a spark and it no longer works. How do I go about finding out the problem. I‘m assuming it‘s an overloaded wire. What steps should I take to correct this wire/fuse problem. Would putting a larger fuse in work?
- What model? I always used Bridgestone BT's on my CB 400.
- Q:My wipers have been freezing every morning lately. They are not freezing to the glass though because I can pull them away without issue. I hear a clicking sound when I turn them on, but they do not move at all. Later on in the day and if temps rise above freezing, they work fine without any type of issues. Last Friday, after going through a car wash, they worked fine after then as well. What can I do to keep them from freezing? Some sort of lubricate maybe? I‘ve had them checked at a mechanic‘s shop and they say nothing is wrong with them, just that they were freezing. Help.
- if you shake your breaker and the lights flicker then make sure the wire is secure to that breaker and if it is then the breaker is degenerating and needs to be replace. a new breaker will work fine even if its not made by zinco so long as its designed to replace your old one.
- Q:Ok, so I changed out my wiper blades, and finally after 3 weeks, we had rain. Well, I never have good luck with replacing the blades, becuz now the wipers jump when I turn them on. (even though they are new!) Does anyone have any suggestions? My wiperblades were 2 years old, so I knew they needed to be replaced, but they were just starting to get bad. Now I‘m dealing with terrible wipers. I‘d love to be able to put something on them to make them run smoothly, instead of replacing them.
- How old is the car? There are springs that hold the wiper down onto the windshield. If those get very old and wear out, they may not apply enough pressure. This can cause wiper blades to chatter as they move across the windscreen. The car would have to be pretty old for this to be an issue. 8-10 years old maybe?
- Q:Ok so my windshield wipers are acting strange. They work fine to wipe, but when I go to turn them off, they will go all the way down then back up and stop. Like it thinks its supposed to stop in the upward position. So I either have to drive with them stuck in the up position or turn off the car while they are down and pull out the fuse so they won‘t go back up. The motor seems to be working fine. Can anyone help me? By the way it‘s a 96 Chev Cav
- It sounds like your windshield wiper switch is broken. There should be a home position in the wiper switch which allows power to be applied to the wiper motor until the blades come back down to the windshield base or home position. Power is then removed allowing the blades to remain at the base of the windshield.
- Q:i have a 2000 Jetta. I turned on the wipers to remove snow from my windshield and then i heard a sound like something snapped and then the wipers stopped moving. When i try to turn them on i hear the sound of the motor and they do not move or sometimes seem like they‘re bout to work but only move a couple of mm.

- Q:Step by Step directions would be greatly appreciated.
