The outer ring of drawn cup needle roller bearing is punched with the high-quality steel sheet. The outer ring has thin wall.The drawn cup needle roller bearing has the characterstics of small radial section area, large load carring capacity ,less inertia and economic manufacture. - Q: I have alot of wheels from the 1980's cuz i only ride the stuff from then. Well i have some of my wheels that the bearings will spread apart in once i have the wheel onto the truck. I would have the wheel to where it would wiggle on the truck so that way the wheel would spin nicely. But i have noticed that once i do some kickturns and what not, the wheel would start slowing way down and the cause of this would be with the bearings spreading even if i have spacers in each wheel. Some of my powell peralta wheels dont do it but a few of my other brand name ones do. Is there anyone that could give me some hints or ideas on how to fix this problem.
- you need to put the bearings in or grease, stick the bearings in the wheels then make sure the skateboard can move well but if it doesn't work just buy some new ones that are already made.
- Q: My 2000 4x4 Lifted Ford Excursion has a clicking noise when I am driving, on the front driver side. I can take my foot off the gas an it is still there no matter the speed. - CV joints usually make noise only on hard turns under acceleration. It's more of a low knock knock knock noise. Wheel bearings make more of a grinding sound, similar to the noise made by a brake rotor being ground away by the metal part of a brake pad after the pad material is gone. The wheel bearing noise gets louder as you go faster. Clicking noise can be caused by anything stuck in a tire (stone, nail,etc.) and I've seen brakes make a clicking noise when the pads are loose in the caliper mounts. If you jack the car up, you can try shaking the tire in and out holding it on the top and bottom, or from left to right which will tell you if you have worn suspension parts or a bad wheel bearing. Noises are at times hard to pinpoint. Make sure you check your lug nuts, they can loosen up if not torqued properly. Have a mechanic take the vehicle for a ride, test drives are usually free.

- use a long skinny punch to drive the old bearings out from the opposite side... then use a socket of the proper diameter and a hammer to carefully drive the new bearings and seals(when applicable)into place....I recommend buying the manual for your particular machine, they can save you a lot of money and headaches...

The wheels are made of like a rubber substance, so I dont think the problem is inside the wheels. - yea bones reds are cheap and have great performance for the price. Pretty much all of the Bones Swiss bearings are good.

- These are non-serviceable bearings. The shields are crimped on and can;t be removed. Once they need to be cleaned or lubed, they must be replaced. When you get new bearings,opt for ones with removable shields so they can be cleaned and lubed. Bones Reds are a good economical choice.
