Drawn Cup Needle Roller Bearing :
The outer ring of drawn cup needle roller bearing is punched with the high-quality steel sheet. The outer ring has thin wall. The drawn cup needle roller bearing has the characterstics of small radial section area, large load carring capacity ,less inertia and economic manufacture. It is suitable for small section heght, or when the housing bore isnot used for raceway , this type is recommended to use .The bearing is assembled into the housing bore under a certain pressure without fu rther axial location.
The draw up needle roller bearing generally takes its shaft diameter as the internal raceway .However , the proper LR type inner ring can be used in accordance with application condition.

- Q: Hello, in my car hit another car from side to side, so damaged by right front wheel. The wheel was bent/cracked. Other than that it drove straight.Insurance is fixing the body work. After inspecting the car, they said the steering knuckle was loose/damaged.Is it possible for just a steering knuckle to get damaged, and not have to replace the wheel hub assemble/wheel bearings?
- just the steering knuckle as you call it
- Q: i had abec 5s bearings on my longboard, and a friend told me that bones swiss black bearings would be faster. i dont do tricks on my board i just cruise around. so i bought them for about 50 bucks. i put them on my sector 9 wheels and i spun them. with the abec 5s my 2 back wheels spun for about 35 seconds each and the 2 front ones spun for about 20. now they all spin for about 15 seconds each with the swiss bearings! and these are supposed bones swiss! are they messed up? do i have to grease them a bit first? or am i using the wrong wheels? until then im using my Abec 5s
- i dunno anything about skateboards but the first ones pretty! ....xx
- Q: Revo S and Revo SX. Are they double shielded or single shielded? Or non shielded. I hate doing maintenance on reels that have double shielded bearings.
- they both DO have the HPCR bearings. perhaps l missed something... don't the bearings remove from the reel in the same way? they change nothing as far as the rest of the parts, no? if they're sealed, that should make service even easier. although, you perhaps do make a point... if you can't readily lube the bearings and they SHOULD happen to fail for some reason, the replacement cost may be a bit much. should that ever happen, replace them anyway with the high performance ceramic ones. G: son, l ama disappoint.
- Q: I have a 1992 Camaro RS, LO3 305 TBI V8, Automatic, 125k miles. It had the oil changed awhile ago, not sure what they put in it, but when I picked it up, the engine was ticking (sounded like a lifter or failing oil pump). I've driven it a few thousand miles and it runs good and strong, but I've always noticed that the oil pressure guage reads low, between 5-25 psi. I'm concerned my bearings are shot. It normally starts up at 25psi and after driving 10-20 minutes, it reads 5-10 psi, and the ticking becomes slower. The engine never kills though. Could it just be a case of a bad sending unit, with to light of a weight of oil, or bad bearings? What are some common signs of bad bearing? The motor does not knock.
- if your bearings are bad your engine would be knocking and would soon stop. it sounds like your bearings are worn which would give you low oil pressure. I would run the oil made for older engines that have wear like yours.and by the way try not to beat it to much it'll last a little longer
- Q: And can u also tell me how to clean abec 9 bearings? and grease them?
- The preferences are based on what works for you. For cleaning the bearings, I use lamp oil (desented kerosene) because it cleans out anything. I then wash it out with denatured alcohol which also dries the bearings. If you use a water based cleaner like citrus cleaners, do not soak them overnight since it can damage the bearings. Almost anything works for lubricants. Super light things like the sprays don't last very long. Some people spray them every time they go out. Oils roll quickly right away but are not as waterproof as greases or last very long. Greases are slower at the start but will last a lot longer. Use very little. A drop or two of oil or a few pin head sized blobs of grease.
- Q: Right now I'm riding on Element Skate Bearings and I tear them up real easily. I mostly ride street, so of course smaller wheels. What do you guys recommend?
- Bones Labryinth, Or Ceramics. Highly expensive.
- Q: I was just wondering how the Bones Reds skateboard bearings would compare to the ABEC Rating. I know they are not measured by ABEC but what type of ABEC bearing would best compare to them? Thanks.

- Q: I am looking to find some good wheels and bearings for my longboard and I was hoping to get them without spending too much. Does anyone have any suggestions.
- abec 11's wheels and bearings rock and they have the smoothest ride
- Q: I need to upgrade my wheels and probably bearings for my roller blades they are a 64mm wheel on right now and i know NOTHING about wheels and bearings, like do I have to stick with the same size wheel, can I use current bearings on there etc... I know I would like a nice smooth ride and preferably a gel type wheel... I am on a budget so I know going with a little lower grade bearing and a better wheel will optimize performance on a budget. I am in Canada so an international or Canadian seller is a must and I would like to have a name or model number so I know what to look up specifically if possible please and thank you!
- for bumpy surfaces bigger softer wheels are good. anything between 56mm-65mm for shorter boards. and for softness, 92-97 is good. meaning 92 is the softess. what kind of tricks are you doing? all these depend on your skating style, beginners should go with a bigger softer wheel. as for bearings, new ones are always better and abec should not matter as much, but a higher abec means faster spin. go with powell reds, no abec rating but a great lasting bearing at an affordable price. make sure you ask about a spacer if you get a bigger wheel, u may not need them but i always prefer 1-2 thin ones.
- Q: I have noticed that my ride is very noisy. I thought about replacing them but they come as the whole assembly. Please help!
- they are not serviceable but i made a device using a zerk fitting and a hypodermic needle along with my grease gun that allows you to grease the bearing. Snap on tool has a similar device used to grease the heads of air ratchets
