Q: hi i need to connect a extra cd rom drive to my computer and dont have enough 4 pin power cables in my computer how would i get those and how would i install those. Thanks: These are called Y-Cable. Buy one. Remove the power cable from the old cdrom. Attach it to the newly purchased cable. Now you get 2 new points. Attach one to old cdrom and other to the new cdrom.

Q: why power cables are to be earthed at both ends?: Its called the M.E.N. system. It stands for Multiple Earth Neutral. The neutral of an appliance acts as a return, held at a low potential by earthing at each house, using rods into the ground, transformers in the street with earths, and earth mats where required when soils are not conductive. When a fault occurs to earth the low earthing point causes the fuse / breaker to trip. GL

Q: My car wont start and only starts after moving power cables up and down. Im not sure what the problem is. If i slightly move it I see alittle sparking under the engine. When i manipulate the battery power cables it manipulates all the wires connecting to it so i cant pin point where the problem is. When i try to start ignition there is zero sound. When i manipulate cables it starts right up and cranks fine.: If you're seeing a spark under the engine then you probably have a loose wire at the starter motor.

Q: I got a Alienware m15x about a year ago, and about 8 months ago on startup it would make two incredibly loud beeps and a screen would show saying 'your charger cable is not the reccomended 150w originally shipped', even thought it is. It would only happen very rarely at first, but now its nearly every time. I don't mind just ignoring it, but if there is a quick fix it would be nice.: Check okorder Wish the Best.
