Features of High Alumina Refractory Cement,CA-50

1.the goods has excellent high-temerperature

2.good anti-corrosion performance

3.high alumina Cement

Aluminate cement products for the alumina content of 50% -60% of the cement matrix.

Aluminate cement CA-50 series products, the main mineral phase composition of CA-phase (a calcium aluminum acid. 2 aluminum acid a calcium). Therefore, not only products with a relatively high temperature use of performance, but at the same time have a reasonable and stable hydration of the performance, rapid growth in outstanding physical strength properties

The company's production of aluminate cement CA50 series based on the development of cement hydration and the relative intensity of the physical strength to be the value of the product into different grades, so that customers according to their demand for the product and the use of conditions to choose. Meanwhile, through the production process of the optimization of product performance so that it can adapt to both the monolithic refractories different construction methods (such as: casting, injection), also can meet a variety of castable formula system, such as: the traditional combination of high alumina cement castables and medium-cement castables, the performance of the construction made by the different requirements.

This series of product does not contain any additives to

 ensure product suitability and stability.

Q:Im trying to level my floor with self levelling cement. I know its supposed to be runny but i may have put too much water on it. Unfortunately i already dumped it on the floor. Will it eventually dry up.
Yes it will dry up just trowel it as smooth as you can and let it set up over night
Q:I'm looking for a place to buy white portland cement, in small amounts, like around 100-200 pounds. I've looked at all the local hardware stores and can't seem to find anything but grey and I need white. thanks
In the 1820s, Aspdin’s quest for a manufactured counterpart to natural or Roman cement (derived from volcanic ash and other naturally occurring minerals) led to his discovery and patent of portland cement. Aspdin’s name for his invention served two purposes. It distinguished the material from Roman cement, which existed for centuries. It also was a marketing ploy. Concrete made from his new cement resembled a highly prized building stone quarried on the Isle of Portland.
Q:I am getting a cement porch build on the back of my house. I am interested in knowing what is the cost or average cost of a 12 feet by 10 feet porch being build. They will use bricks, mold the cement slab on top, and make a 4 feet sidewide walk to my garage from the steps. The porch will be 2 feet high from the ground.
Have you considered calling a company or two for some prices for a porch that is 120 sq. ft and walk that measures so long ...
Q:would the three elements which make up cement ever come together to form cement naturally?
Absolutely Yes. Calcite or calcium carbonate is a very common natural cement of many sedimentary rocks. Its chemical formula is CaCO3. So, you need CO2 from the atmosphere to be dissolved in the water (from the rain) to form the acid H2CO3 That's the main reason why rain is acid and not neutral (it has a pH about 5.5, but it gets even more acid when there is pollution). When this acidic rain reacts with the rocks, it leaches out Ca2+ (among many other elements) from the rock. When this water reaches saturation it will precipitate calcium carbonate, cementing the rock. So you have all this substances naturally occurring in the ground water. Note that all this chemical reactions occur at room temperatures. What the man does to produce cement is to heat up Calcium carbonate (CaCO3) (at very high temperatures, above 900 C) to produce CaO and CO2. The CO2 is lost to the atmosphere and you have a powder of CaO. If you add water to the CaO (which is very reactive) it will form again CaCO3 capturing the CO2 dissolved in the water. That's why if your concrete stays wet for long periods of time (when first mixed) it will be of a better quality and also it will not form if you are close or below the freezing point of water.
Q:Building materials distribution business projects can increase the cement products and steel it?
Add water after mixing into the slurry, can be hardened in the air or better hardening in water, and can sand, stone and other materials firmly cemented together For a long time, it is an important cementitious material, widely used in civil engineering, water conservancy, defense and other projects Steel: steel widely used, variety, according to the different shape of the cross-section, steel is generally divided into profiles, plates, pipe and metal products four categories The definition of steel: steel is the national construction and implementation of four essential essential materials, its wide range of applications, variety, according to the different shape of the steel, steel is generally divided into profiles, sheet metal, pipe and metal products four categories From the above analysis, cement products and steel products are building materials, can be increased
Q:Like carving stone.
Yes and No Yes it can be carved, but no it isn't identical to stone.
Q:I have 300sq feet of yard space that's infested with worms and all sorts of creeters. I wanna cover 100 ft of. This yard in cement. And grow nice healthy grass behind it. Hope yall can help me out
First off, its concrete, not cement. Cement is only an ingredient in concrete. Second of all, whats wrong with worms and critters. Yikes, without them we wouldn't have food, our eco system would collapse, and we would all die. Third of all, weeds can be used as nicely as lawns, achieving that perfect piece of lawn is ugly and harsh on our enviroment. Of course you can concrete a section of your yard, you level and grade it and then have it poured. To achieve you perfect lawn apply toxic herbicides and pesticides, continue to pollute our soils and waterways further, kill off beneficial insects such as bees and bugs, let those poisions run off into our water ways, kill our fish, and contribute to the demise of the eco system just a little bit further. Then go ahead and plant some grass seed that doesn't even thrive in you climate, then you will need to pump tons of water and fertilizer into monthly to achieve that perfect look. Then sit back and enjoy your little piece of toxic heaven. Now enjoy it a lot, because you will be enjoying for you great grand children as well, because they won't have a planet to live on. A conciseness person would think to themselves, why not just clean it up by hand and plant a garden, feed you family, feed a friend, feed the neighbor hood, and take care of your own just a little bit and conquer your complete dependence on the grocery store.
Q:carpet padding on a cement floor whats good?
Cement floors absorb water from the earth below and if not done properly will result in a soaked carpet and padding (which effectively becomes a sponge). You need to waterproof the cement floor. There is a product that is skimmed/troweled onto the floor to waterproof it, but do not know the manufacturer or product name. (An alternative would be to put a vapor barrier down before the padding). You also need to use the right type of padding on concrete, or use adhesive to adhere your padding or else the carpet will need stretched again before too long. Also, the tack strip should be glued against the walls instead of nailed in, unlike on a wood floor where nails would be used. Tack strips with masonry nails ar OK (just don't use the nail ones for a wood sub-floor).
Q:why is cement used for ? binding aggregate and sand or is used for increasing tensile strength?
In the most general sense of the word, a cement is a binder, a substance which sets and hardens independently, and can bind other materials together. The most important use of cement is the production of mortar and concrete - the bonding of natural or artificial aggregates to form a strong building material which is durable in the face of normal environmental effects.
