Introduction of AR Glass Fiber Roving Zirconia 14.5%

1) Alkali resistant roving (AR Glassfiber roving), used as reinforced material in cement and concrete

2) There are two kinds of roving according to different ZrO2 content of 14.5% and 16.5%

3) And according to usage, it can be divided to two types, one is premixed and another is water-dispersed.

4) Filament diameter: 13um

5) Roving density: 2,400tex or 4,800tex

Shipping container: Qty/20' FCL, 20 pallets (18.24MT)

Note of AR Glass Fiber Roving Zirconia 14.5% :

The roving can be chopped into different lengths like 6mm, 12mm and 24mm. it called AR Glassfiber chopped strand.

For 6mm, it is 25kgs/bag, 40bags/pallet, one 20' container can load 20pallets, 20 tons in total.

For 12mm, it is 20kgs/bag, 40bags/pallet, one 20' container can load 20pallets, 16 tons in total.

And if it is 24mm long, it is 15kgs/bag, 40bags/pallet, and one 20' container can load 20pallets, 12 tons in total

Q: Will they die and just fall over?
They will die but not right away. It might take a year or two, depending on their size and age. And they probably won't just fall over. The leaves would die, then the smaller twigs, then the larger twigs, then smaller branches, then larger, etc. It might take several years for the thing to 'fall over.' We have had a large stump in our side yard for about a decade. The tree died about 15 years ago, but the trunk is still there. 'Course, this was a BIG tree-- the trunk is about 3 feet in diameter.
Q: What is the meaning of 53 grade cement ?
The grade of a portland cement corresponds to how much pressure it can take after it has set for 28 days. 53-grade cement must have a compressive strength of 53 MegaPascals (7687 pounds per square inch) after 28 days. There are also 33 and 43 grades, which must have minimum compressive strengths of 33 and 43 MPa respectively.
Q: just curious
Yes. Cement is the sticky stuff. Concrete is the mixture of cement, sand, and aggregate that is used for building.
Q: can you please give me 10 points...
Below are some reasons why cement industries are important. Cement industries produce Portland cement which is a prime ingredient of concrete for buildings, bridges, canals and roads. For example, The Atlas Portland Cement Company in Hannibal, MO produced much of the cement needed for The Panama Canal and the Empire State Building. Cement is also a key ingredient in stucco, grout and mortar. At the turn of the century, some cement companies also attracted a lot of immigrant workers especially from Europe which in some cases produced new towns or added people to existing towns and helped boost the economy. Modern cement companies rely more on machinery and technology than large labor forces. Cement companies also create quarries which can serve as wildlife habitat when the company is finished with the site. Some cement companies also burn hazardous waste for fuel (which is a good thing as it keeps the hazardous waste from being dumped or buried).
Q: cement came with the repair/patch kits.
I don't like those patch kits that don't have the glue. They never hold permanently. As far a rubber cement goes, any patch kit that has a glue tube in it is filled with rubber cement. It all works the same. The best patch kits in the world are those all purpose Monkey Grip kits in the yellow packages. Not sure if they even make those anymore.
Q: I just got a house built in the 1950's. I had a new washer/dryer installed and set up in the basement. When I ran the washer last night everything was running fine but when I looked in my backyard there was a lot of water gushing out of some kind of cement square in my patio in the backyard. It seems like this cement square can be lifted but I couldn't lift it to see what's going on in there. Any ideas?
it's either your septic tank or a dry well, a dry well was used to dump wash water into where septic tank dumped everything else. if it's coming up in yard, you will probably have to reconfigure washer drain into line that goes into septic system or sewer. if toilets, tubs etc don't cause yard back up, then it's definitly a dry well. if you have gotten a lot of rain or snow melt, it's not going to work properly, but seeing that house is 50's, get it rerouted into septic or sewer system
Q: who can tell me a world cement website?
If okorder they are the biggest cement manufacture in the would, you can search for information there.
Q: How is cement casing made or inserted into an oil well drill hole?Is it expensive? There was a news story about BP only using partial casing. Are there safety or engineering standards which indicate how much casing is required or recommended?
The cement is injected at the bottom of the casing by using the drill pipe which lowered into the well. Drill pipe is hollow to allow drilling mud to be circulating during the drilling phase but it a can also take the cement and spot it at the bottom of the well. Knowing the depth of the well and the size of the drill bit being used along with the casing size, the cement company can calculate (with a safety factor) the amount of cement to inject to seal the space between the well bore and the casing. As to what BP did or did not do relative to their casing design, I am not sure but it does appear that the cement plug failed and let the oil reservoir pressure back into the well bore. Because the well bore was filled with salt water at the time and not drilling mud, the hydrostatic pressure of the salt water was not sufficient to counter balance the reservoir pressure. Casing designs vary with the conditions for a specific well or field and are set by the company owning the well. There are general industry best practices but I don't believe they are incorporated into any API standards.
Q: how is cement formed?
cement is hardened when the water evaporates and the mixture becomes very dense. In modern times there are hardening agents to help it stay rigid but look at the Adobe structures of clay and you will get a better idea.
Q: how to set up a cement slab?
Preparation for pouring a cement (concrete) slab would include: 1.digging in the earth to leveling the area and provide enough space for the slab. A standard for my area is 4 of concrete with 6x6 wire or 6 of concrete without reinforcement. The more uniform the area the greater is the ability to predict the size of the required pour. 2. setting up forms While I have seen expansion joints thrown into wet concrete a better job is when the expansion joint is placed against a subdivision of the slab. 3. pour the concrete making sure that any wire mesh reinforcement is not touching the earth. 4 screeding off the concrete 5 pulling up forms and any additional finishing. including stamping, coloring or other texturing This is a very searchable topic.
