high alumina Cement

Aluminate cement products for the alumina content of 50% -60% of the cement matrix.

Aluminate cement CA-50 series products, the main mineral phase composition of CA-phase (a calcium aluminum acid. 2 aluminum acid a calcium). Therefore, not only products with a relatively high temperature use of performance, but at the same time have a reasonable and stable hydration of the performance, rapid growth in outstanding physical strength properties

The company's production of aluminate cement CA-50 series based on the development of cement hydration and the relative intensity of the physical strength to be the value of the product into different grades, so that customers according to their demand for the product and the use of conditions to choose. Meanwhile, through the production process of the optimization of product performance so that it can adapt to both the monolithic refractories different construction methods (such as: casting, injection), also can meet a variety of castable formula system, such as: the traditional combination of high alumina cement castables and medium-cement castables, the performance of the construction made by the different requirements.

This series of product does not contain any additives to ensure product suitability and stability.

Q: I am putting in a small 12'x60' mobile home on the new property I just bought, to use as an office for my farm. Would I need to put a cement pad in for the home to sit on? Would it need to be the complete size of the mobile home i.e 12x60 or could I use smaller pads just where the wheels are going to sit?

Q: what happens if i run on cement for 25- 30 mins for 3 times a week?theres not much place where i can run on grass though there is a little park that i can run back and forth continously will that be better than running on cement for 25 - 30 mins for 3 times a week?I know its bad for your knees but what happens when you keep running on cement?
I don't think running on cement is the best thing for your knees, but you aren't talking about any staggering workload. I run for much longer distances on pavement, as do most runners I know. Running on grass or trails is a nice break from pavement, though. I would recommend you mix in some wind sprints in the park.
Q: Im trying to remove my Backsplash! Old Tiles gone! Whats the best way to remove Cement Board without damaging my Drywall? I made a hole but need the best way to prevent more!
Since it sounds like the cement board is atop the dry wall and you say the tiles are removed. find all the screws or nails and remove them. If nailed , a cats claw will work and if screwed in, you can use a drill with a phillips bit in and remove. Hard because you ll have to find the nails or the screws will be filled with what ever glue they used , but it can be done. Any questions you can e mail me through my avatar and check my qualifications there. GL
Q: What type/brand of contact cement is the best (best being the strongest) for 1quot; schedule 80 PVC pipe? The PVC pipe will be under a high amount of pressure, And from what I have read on-line the fittings are the most common to fail under high pressure. So I would like to get the strongest glue made so I don't have to worry with it for a few years. Also Im looking for tips on how to prep and glue the fittings for the strongest hold possible. Thanks for your time!

Q: The liner I use usually breaks within months and is very costly. My concern is how do I do the walls for the pond using cement without having to seperate the walls from the bottom of the pond. I have the hole in the ground whats my next step...
Go buy a good piece of EPDM roof rubber for a liner. To get technical you can not make a pond from cement. You can use concrete, which is a mixture of cement, sand and aggregate. But you would also need to use steel reinforcement. And if your in a cold climate you half to allow for freeze-thaw, and expansion and contraction. I think in the long run you would be wasting money, I have EPDM roof rubber in my pond and its been in for over 4 years with 10 tons of river rock placed on top of it. Or you could talk to a swimming pool contractor. They use Gunite, which is a concrete that is sprayed onto steel reinforcement. There are only three things for sure with concrete #1 It comes in a truck, #2 It gets hard you hope, #3 It cracks
Q: I have a waterfall, built with cinder block, covered in flat slate and other flat slate I need to add dimension as it looks like like a cemetery marker. I need to add some rock, slate and shale but do not know what would be a quick set or how to go about it. It is a neat heavy waterfall about 4 feet tall with a stair step sidesWe are very handy and can do anything so we need real honest experience d answers from people in the know.We live in Fl. so we are rain filled in the afternoons so it has to be quick dry. Thanks for all your informationTwo Seniors
Don't let the latin daunt you- google image search them and you'll find what you like...Good luck!
Q: how to start new cement industry?
A new cement industry or a new cement company? Are you actually going to be dealing in cement or is it actually going to be some sort of concrete product manufacturing? It is common for people who are not familiar with concrete to call concrete cement which is only the binder for the final product.
Q: i used cement to seal large gaps in the house, but in an upside down suface where i used lots of it on, touching it makes parts of the surface turn into powder and chunks fall off. I did it rudimentary with my hands and a smoothed it as best as i could then but still looks and feels messy. The holes are filled and its solid, the surface though is powdery.
You used way too much water and worked with it way too long. You can expect for it to crack, crumble and fall out of the holes rather soon.
Q: I am looking forward to building a block fence. I ran into a YouTube video on the Quikwall surface bonding cement and was curious on your thoughts about that product. Have you tried it? On what and what do you think about it? Thanks!

Q: I recently had my braces removed and while looking in the mirror at my teeth, I noticed black discoloration on several teeth. Is this a common color of the adhesive they use or did my teeth somehow get massive cavities?
Orthodontic cement is clear hen they out it on and sort of whitish when it dries. So I have no idea what's on your teeth.
