high alumina Cement
Aluminate cement products for the alumina content of 50% -60% of the cement matrix.
Aluminate cement CA-50 series products, the main mineral phase composition of CA-phase (a calcium aluminum acid. 2 aluminum acid a calcium). Therefore, not only products with a relatively high temperature use of performance, but at the same time have a reasonable and stable hydration of the performance, rapid growth in outstanding physical strength properties
The company's production of aluminate cement CA-50 series based on the development of cement hydration and the relative intensity of the physical strength to be the value of the product into different grades, so that customers according to their demand for the product and the use of conditions to choose. Meanwhile, through the production process of the optimization of product performance so that it can adapt to both the monolithic refractories different construction methods (such as: casting, injection), also can meet a variety of castable formula system, such as: the traditional combination of high alumina cement castables and medium-cement castables, the performance of the construction made by the different requirements.
This series of product does not contain any additives to ensure product suitability and stability.

- Q: What is Rietveld method its application in cement industry? Is there any software for calculating clinker phases using this method?
- The Rietveld method uses a powder sample instead of a large single crystal to determine crystal structure by X-Ray Diffraction. This is important in the cement industry because cement is a powder and not crystals of any size. This is useful in determining the quality of the product and adjusting burning conditions in real time. Several different software packages have been developed for this technique.
- Q: What is the amount of cement used in China in 2014?

- Q: I just bought this model and it's my first one doing it lol I was just curious that if after I painted one part and went to glue another onto the painted plastic, will it stick? Or will something else bad happen, or will it be perfectly fine? I just don't want to ruin it =( The glue I have is Testors Cement for Plastic Models and the paint is also Testors Enamel paint.
- The cement will probably dissolve the paint and you'll get a messy joint. Scrape the paint away at the places you want to glue.
- Q: I like for my students to use rubber cement in the classroom. The school distict made us quit using it since it is toxic. I read somewhere that there is a new product that is like rubber cement, just nontoxic.
- Great question, and a considerate thought. Thank you for feeling so. Please take no offense at my response. I really have no experience lately, but recall my kids using glue sticks to achieve results in certain projects. Perhaps the more important question might be... WHAT are the needs for CONTACT or Rubber Cement?, and being that it's school, and projects are often so immediate,,, (not discounting some of us keep our kids stuff forever) Certainly the alternatives might be multiple? In fact... As a lifelong Student and Teacher I suggest that exploring the alternatives, might be part of the project,,,even leading into awareness (in a GREEN sense) related to substances that ARE toxic, and the WHY of why we shouldn't use them. Seems valid to me, even for extra credit?? Oddly enough, most school systems haven't made that choice strictly on their own. The EPA/FDA/ etc. have contributed. MSDS sheets are available from any manufacturer of the chemical makeup of any substance, and perhaps they too can be explored. I'm not at all suggesting you become Don Quixote though. Also the USE of or more... the ABUSE of, substances in school age youth, aren't strictly initiated with intent. The youth of today however, do have a greater sense of what substances might affect what situation or SENSE within their own bodies. I want to believe you're not old enough to recall school paste, and the fact that some students ingested it. Your major goal in this seems to me, to be one, of obtaining a list of APPROVED materials and substances,,, or at the very least; investigating those, on your own, as a CARING teacher, and perhaps submitting the list/ your list, to the school administration. IF for no other reason than to compare. Steven Wolf
- Q: What do I do? Is it harmful?
- Take it to a emergency hospital. Yes, rubber cement being swallowed would be harmful to both humans or other mammals. I suggest you first call a vet to make sure, and then do as they instruct, even if it would be just as the following said take it to the emergency hospital. I suggest calling the vet first, just in case.
- Q: Only the cement is allowed to touch the water. It can not be bigger than 19cm in Length by 10cm in height. It also has to hold twice it's Weight.

- Q: Example: For 55 grade cement, 55 N/sq.mm is the 28th day compressive strength of a cement mortar cube of standard size made in the ratio 1 cement : 3 standard sand. Why cant the value of strength of a cement cube be used instead?
- Because cement is only an ingredient of mortar. What they put between bricks is mortar, not cement. It would be like assessing the value of chocolate milk by only assessing the value of the chocolate.
- Q: What kind of drill do I need to easily drill holes into the cement sub-floor of my house (for a flooring project)? I've already tried two different types of masonry bits with my cordless, 18 volt Bosch (model 3850). I'm thinking that the bit isn't the problem, it's the drill. It takes about 10 minutes and a way too much effort just to drill one hole. Any suggestions?
- masonry bits are the correct bit. Buying a good carbide bit will work better than the cheap ones and last longer. Use a slower speed on the drill. You don't want the drill bit getting too hot, that will ruin the bit. Problem with drilling into cement is that it is full of gravel and the masonry bits don't go through gravel all that well. That's why they made hammer drills. Buy, borrow or rent a hammer drill, use a masonry bit designed for hammer drills and use a slow speed. If you are going for a large hole, it can help to start with a smaller bit and work up to the hole size you ultimately need.
- Q: hey guys i hv made a project made on manufacturing of cement. i was just wondering is it possible to extract cement back for concrete?
- No, wetting, setting and curing is a one way process.
- Q: my dad is working as cement dealer. By inhaling cement dust he is suffering from cough heavily. By this he can't eat little bit of oil food. So Please any one give safety tips to this dust allergy........
- Your father could already be suffering from mild bronchitis and if he continues to inhale the powders from cement could cause emphysema to acute lung disease. A tiny dust that may enter our air sacs can be very devastating and can create problems with our breathing comfort. It can also affect his kidneys and bloodstream since pure oxygen from the air we breath are lessened. If he can't wear face masks then your father should provide a good ventilating fan as exhaust to drive out the cement dust inside the room or from the place he works. Remember that an ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure.
