Q: my radio was stolen i'm trying to put in a old radio in but when someone stoled my radio they cut the wires so now i can't tell what go,s where can someone please help? it's a ford f150 pu trck w/ 4 speakers i just need the wire color codes to hook-up,plus thy stole the manal to the trck too. please help.ty: haynes manual will have the colors for the radio in the wiring diagram.....

Q: I just bought a set of performance sparkplug wires for my 2001 Chevy Cavalier. I went to install them and my engine is now misfiring like one of the wires in not connected. I have made sure all of the wires are on tight and in place. The wires did not come numbered so i just put them on according to size. What could be the problem???: I have to agree with striped tomato he's right on the money, It's ok to to put nthe plug wires on the way you did it (short to long) how ever you most have placed one of the wires in the wrong spot, just recheck your wires you will be back on the road shortly,By the way your coil pack should be numbered #1 cylinder is next to the coil pack The short wire , next to that is # 3 then #4 and the long wire is # 2.

Q: i have a 1995 chevy S10 blazer and i noticed that it has 5? speakers in the door and 6x9 in the back i started looking and i found that it has 4x6 in the dash with cardboard over it but it don't have speaker wire ran for it i think its going to be difficult running wire for it but what gauge of wire should i use? and should i run the speaker wire to the head unit how would i hook the speaker wire to the aftermarket head unit or should i run it to the 6x9 or 5? i already have a pair of 4x6's ready to be installed in it as soon as i find out how to do it and what size of speaker wire it is im going to be doing it by myself: It sounds like your head-unit's speaker output is undesirable. I recommend getting a sparkling head-unit. additionally, the wiring isn't undesirable, by using fact if it have been (working example a grounding concern interior the wiring) the fuse(s) for the radio might have blown and the radio would not artwork.

Go for it. You'll save much money. It's not as fine as audio wire, but you can make up for that by buying larger wire, still cheaper. I use welding wire in my audio system.
