1. What is the delivery time after we paid the deposit?
—— Normally, we shall get all items ready for loading within 3 weeks after we get the deposit or the formal Letter of Credit. For orders which demand cutting job, it will take a longer time.

- Q: I thought that bathroom floor tiles were thicker than the bathroom wall tiles, is this right?
- In some cases, the real difference is: floor tiles are stronger. You don't have to walk on walls, you walk on the floor, they are usually much stronger.
- Q: I have water damage on a ceiling tile in my basement. The water damage is on a tile on the perimiter of the room. The water damage is adjacent to the room wall. However when I pulled the tile up I was surprised that I didn‘t find the source to any water above it. There was also no water damage on the tile where the angle bracket held the tile up. The water damage on the tile started in a straight line from the edge of the angle iron. Also there appeared to be a larger brown stain on the finished underside of the tile with a much smaller slightly damp appearance on the unfinished top of the tile. I‘m wondering if this means that my water source is not above the tile but in fact moisture from the room. However all of my other tiles around this one are dry with no damage. Thanks in advance.
- Sometimes water leaks start at a different spot and move down to the center and just sits there and builds up. I would change the tile and keep checking it until I can figure out where the leak is, then fix it (the leak).

- Hi there, in my opinion Lustrous Italian cleans is the best solution for you tile just one rub on tile will dry cloth and leave it for 1 hour after one hour your tile smell good and shine before 3 months I have the same problem that you have that my tiles didn’t shine so I search a web on net and buy lustrous Italian for my tile but after rubbing the solution on my tile my tiles as look as new so If you were interested visit the website which is given below .
- Q: I am looking at purchasing a home but on the disclosure form from the seller, it shows that there is asbetos tiles on the basement floor.I know asbetos is a problem but in this case how much would it cost to remove it? should this be a deal breaker?
- The disclosure form is making you aware of the problem. You can do one of two things. You can require the tile is removed by THEM before you purchase the home (before closing) or you can get some estimates to have it removed and ask for a reduction in price by at least that amount. Or you could just walk away from the deal. If there's asbestos tile on the floor there is likely to be asbestos in the walls along with lead base paint if the house is old. I would probably walk away unless you can ABSOLUTELY have the rest of the house tested for those qualities. They may exist and that's why the owners are selling. Those are just my thoughts

- I would not try painting the floor, virtually nothing available will stay in place. You can use the 2 part epoxy paint for the walls, that is designed for re-coating a tub. It is about $50 for the kit, and one kit may not do the entire bathroom. Kilz, a brand name, does make a primer for going over tile. You should rough up the surface a bit with the sand paper, so the primer will stick, then put on a good finish coat. I did this in my bathroom with pink tile. It lasted about 2 years, I then had to touch up some nicks, but it was easier and much cheaper than all new tile.

- There okorder / it recommends not using floor tile paint in places such as bathrooms where there is moisture. I guess you could paint the floor a week or two before putting it on the market - a case of buyer beware if it all scrapes off 6 months later - but the paint is quite expensive so I wouldn't personally go down this route myself - as it's not a nice thing to happen for the unsuspecting buyers. I'm guessing that currently the floor is more of an eyesore as you haven't integrated this into your current bathroom design? Personally, I would ditch the painting idea and buy a decent off-cut of lino and cover up the old floor tiles since you only have a small area to work with. Lino nowadays comes in many guises/patterns and since it's a small area you can check all local companies for offcuts of perhaps the more expensive pseudo 'wood' type lino etc... You may spend ?50 but it will brighten the room and transform it into a more modern look - and ultimately will help you get your asking price. (You could also tell the buyers that the original green tiles are still underneath and they could reveal them if they wanted to...just don't tell them how ugly they are...the secret is to get them excited about new possibilities in the future!!)
