Or do you just let it rot and throw it away?: Vey good we should all grow our own food Its the only way to be sure that it is OK these days We give most exstra food to friends ,ad the rotten stuff is for the wild boar ,the rabbit and the squirrels eat a lot of mangos. I like the idea of giving it to the poor. In Africa ,the top grade stuff went to the restaurant kitchen,or we sold it to visitors . And the rest went to the people working the gardens. anything rotten was for the animals. If you go to the trouble of growing food,which is a lot of work ,it would be crazy to let any of it just go to waste.
