- There could be two solutions to your problem: 1. Is the sofa under warranty? If so, return to the seller and ask what can be done. 2. Call the manufacturer and ask for the replacement part. Somewhere on your sofa, probably under the seat cushions, you will find the name of the manufacturer. I hope you have satisfactory results.

My daughter has been doing it for ages and in the last month she has learnt to push one of her walk along toys to where she wants it and climb on it to get stuff of the shelf, if her high chair is near a seat she climbs on the seat and then trys to get on top of her high chair. THe other day she climbed on the table where the TV was and climbed on top of the TV. She knows that she is aloud to climb on the couch but anything else she gets told off and sat on the floor and keep doing until she learns. But she should grow out of that stage soon.

- Futons are great space savers but not really practical for every day use and the cushions never stay in place properly when you use it as a sofa. Plus they can be a bit low. If you can cut back on other stuff you want to buy then invest what you save in buying as good a sofa bed as you can. Much nicer to sit on and some can be folded away with the bedding in place so you don't need to find room to store the pillows and duvet.
- Q: The sofa is an orangey-brown, just about two years old. The covers do not come off the cushions, so putting it in the wash machine is not an option. I tried a carpet cleaner, which seemed to work okay, but you can still see the faint outline of the stain. Is there anything else I can use?
- There is one of 2 products things you can try, the first product is named: Awesome, it removes anything, spray it on, scrub it with a brush, the stain is gone! Or you can use hand cleaner that is used for removing car grease. You can buy it at an auto parts, but it will leave a smell, I say Awesome is best, removes everything, no residue.
