Annually more than 10000 tons wires and wire mesh are exported to markets all over the world.Different kinds of wires and mesh are available according to customers requirements.

②What is different of the Hot-dipped and Electro galvanized iron wire

Hot-dipped Iron Wire:

1. This kind of wire is extensively used in construction, handicrafts, woven wire mesh, express way fencing mesh, packaging of products and other daily uses.
2. Hot dipped galvanized iron wire can be supplied in the form of coil wire, spool wire or further processed into straightened cut wire or U type wire. Galvanized iron wire is made of Low carbon steel wire Q195.

Electro Galvanized Iron Wire:

1.Electro galvanized iron wire can be supplied in the form of coil wire, spool wire or further processed into straightened cut wire or U type wire.
2. Electro galvanized iron wire applications:
Electro galvanized iron wire is mainly used in construction, express way fencing, binding of flowers and wire mesh weaving.
Electro galvanized iron wire, electro galvanized steel wire, electro galvanized Wire.

Q: I have a 2002 Chevy blazer 4.3 motor we'll I found some wires that look like trailer wires on the back of the car and I'm trying to connect a 4flat trailer plug in. So the wires are following on the car. Yellow is left blinkerGreen is right blinkerBrown is running lights Blue is brake lightsWhite groundSo the 4 flat wires are as following White groundYellow is left turnGreen is right turnBrown is taillightsSo my question is how can I get my brake lights and running lights on the trailer plug in. Cause I have 5 wires on my vehicle and only 4 on my trailer plug. Please help
You have to splice into the rear brake / turn signal / running light wiring and splice in the trailer harness cable. @jo, If you have a separate (blue) brake light circuit, you will need an adapter module to connect the 4 wire up.
Q: I have a carrier thermostat with red, green, yellow, white and blue wires. Bought a new honeywell, omly has red, green, yellow and white terminals. What do I do with the blue wire. Right now it is connected to rc with no jumper, but nothing works.
This is an educated guess, even though we don't know how the furnace is wired. In many cases, the blue wire is used for C (common). Tape off or snip off the end of the blue wire and don't use it. Put the red wire on the RC terminal. Jump RC to R or RH if you have heat. Connect the other wires to their corresponding terminals. If blue is common, there's a good chance you blew the fuse on the control board (if your air handler has one) and/or you fried the transformer. That is, if you tried turning on the A/C.
Q: I want to install a single-pole dimmer switch for a series of 4 pot lights in the same box (double gang) as a kill switch for a receptical already installed. There is a 14-3 wire (b/w/r/g) brigning power into the box from the main, and 14-2 wiring for the dimmer and 14-2 wire for the kill switch. How do I wire this? The single pole dimmer has a ground and two black wires. The switch to kill the receptical has only two brass screws on one side.
Wires that have continual power are called source wires. One of the source wires (any color other than white or green) should be hooked up to one of the brass screws on your kill switch. The other brass screw will have the wire going to the receptacle. NOTE: A switch is used to connect/break the connection of power going to an appliance/fixture. The other source wire will go to one of the black wires on your dimmer switch. The other black wire on the dimmer switch will go to the 4 pot lights as its source, in which we call a switch leg. The ground wire of the dimmer switch is hooked to the ground wire in the box. No white or neutral wires are needed for this...Test the wires first so that you know what wire is for what. Then, make sure you turn off all power so that you don't damage the dimmer switch.
Q: does anyone know what wires go on which post on a 1995 chevy lumina 3.1 starter? it was off when i bought the car and im lost. i cant find a straight answer anywhere. a picture of the wiring in question is an instant best answer lol
It doesn't take a medical doctor to know small wire goes on small stud the large wire goes on the larger stud.
Q: ok so i have 3 questions.i have an oldsmobile cuttlas supreme and i have a 0 gauge power wire that is 17 feet is that long enough???? and i have 0 gauge ground that is 17 feet is that long enough....and about the speaker wire..i have 8 gauge speaker wire that is 25 feet..is this a good setup.make sure u answer all these questions please thank you..
that sounds plenty fine.
Q: installing whelen car strobe lights.the directions say to wire the power to the battery with wire that can hold 125% of the power
Go with a guage bigger than the wire harness on the strobe. If you go too small of a wire it could put too much of a load on the wire. That will cause it to heat up and can catch fire if it gets hot enough. Like what sparky said, use a relay. I installed neons and strobes in my car using 10ga wire relays, and a power distribution block.
Q: When you electromagnetize a nail with wire coiled around it, then connect it to a small battery, how come it works when the wire has been been insulated,..... and what if you were to use uninsulated wire.
If the wire were uninsulated, then the coils of wire would short circuit. This would bypass the current and no magnetising would occur. Although a wire with current passing through it has a magnetic field, coiling the wire concentrates the magnetic field. When you put the nail in the coil it couples this field and the random magnetic particles align forming a magnet.
Q: How could you relate greater wire length resulting in greater resistivity to the context of home
Greater wire length will certainly give you a higher resistance. Since heat is measured in watts, and watts (W) =I^2R, where I=Current and R= resistance, then if you double the resistance of a wire (by making it twice as long) you also double the ammount of watts lost in the wire. Since watts equates to heat, this ammount of heat will make the wire hotter. If you use an extension lead, and wind it round a drum, it can get very hot indeed.
Q: @topicAnd does the size of the wire matter in electrical consumption?
The size of the wire that matters in electrical consumption.
Q: I thought plug wires were plug wires. I know there is a difference between coil pack wires and distributor wires. Do i have to use specific brands depending on vehicle?
cheap wires for cheap cars. keep them clean and away from metal and heat as best you can and they'll do the job
