- I would think you could vacuum the sofa really give it a good going over. There may be some kind spray that you could use that might help. Maybe you could use a shop vac. They also have a little green machine I think that is what it is called it will clean the sofa. I have one it does very well on cleaning sofa's ,chairs and even small rugs. That's all I can think of. Hope it helps some.

- You may be able to take the covers to a specialized tailor who is able to do that sort of thing, i do know hat there are some do it yourself things on the market, but there is not really a common way to get your sofa re-dyed. Maybe you could buy new covers?

- You have to catch him in the act and tell him no. You can put something on the couch so he can't lay on it, or lift the cushions up. You could also try adding a blanket or a small pillow to his sofa bed that has your sent on it. He may want something that smells like you. Or he might want something to snuggle into. My dog has a regular bed pillow on his dog bed that he kinda snuggles into when he lays on it. Before I did that he hated his bed. He does still go on the couch. Can't stop him from doing it when we're gone. So I have a sheet on the couch that I can remove when we are going to sit on it.

- Cleaning the leather is one issue. The other issue is if the urine soaked thru the leather into the stuffing of the sofa, that will have to be cleaned as well. The only thing that works on animal urine is an enzyme cleaner, such as Nature's Miracle. If the urine is only on the cushions, it would be easy to change the padding. Good luck!

- It's very versatile. If you want to change around the room again, it will be easy to do. I don't if you're doing anything else with the room, but it would look phenomenol with wood and rich earthy tones.

- static guard will work just fine ,if you're worried about glops hold a paper towel under the actuator to catch them -spray the carpet below too -it actually happens from the plastic it comes wrapped in . Poor baby! spray that thing soon! good luck to you your sofa and mostly your little one.
