The titles are manufactured from high density dry felf resin bonded fiberglass wool, with fine texture painted glass tissue facer, plain tissue backer and sealed and painted edges.square edge titles will be paralled to suspension system after installation.

Product Advantages:

1)Incombustibility/Non-flammability: Consmos Calcium silicate board is non-flammable and conforms to the national grade A standard (GB8624 Grade A) with excellent fire resistance property. In case of fire, the board will not burn and not give off toxic smoke.

(2)Thermal/heat insulation: Owing to low heat conductivity, the product has good performances on keeping warm and heat insulation.

(3)Water-proofing and moistureproof: The product is allowed to long-term exposure to moist environment but still very stable. The board still keeps intact after being soaked in water for one month, the phenomenon of swelling and out of shape will not happen. It has good adjusting mechanics like woods. Even it is used on wash house.

(4)Endurance/durability: Consmos Calcium silicate board provides good insulation against bugs, fungus and corrosion. It can last for a long time and will not corrode.

(5)Noise-proofing: Consmos Calcium silicate board provides good insulation against noise.

(6)High-Strength and Light weight: The board is light weight, in this case, it can decrease weight of building greatly. At the same time, the material is high-stength and not easy to be damaged.

(7)Easiness to installation: The construction process does not require complicated tools but just the ones used in regular wood construction. Our board can be fixed on light steel frame with self-attachable screws or a glue gun to nail the bolts into the wooden frame.

Q: I just removed a top tile from my bathroom wall. It was about half way up and it was rounded at the top. Underneath is cement and it sticks out about an eight of an inch from the plaster wall above it. Anyone hear of this before. So the round tile at the top was covering the cement wall that stuck out. Not sure if it's just cement board I can can remove to the studs and put up more sheet rock. We plan on painting the walls and we were hoping we could get it flush. If not we'll use a chair rail to cover the offset.
difficult stuff lookup from a search engine it will help
Q: Production of fiber cement board copy method has what characteristics
Applicable to thin slurry. Round net paste from the beginning of the paste to the cloth, the formation of several small stacks of material, from the fur continuous winding to the forming cylinder, the small material layer pressure uniform, slab internal structure dense, smooth appearance.
Q: Or do I also use some sort of adhesive between the drywall and the cement board?
You can attach the board with screws, they make special screws for it, however those seem to tear through the webbing that adds strength to the cement board so I always use nails...use gavanized roofing nails, I normally use 1-1/2 roofing nails. Another option if it is just a kitchen wall or a back splash is using mastic and applying the tile right onto the drywall. You want to make sure if you put the tile on the sheetrock to use mastic and not thinset.
Q: My husband fixed the faucet in the tub around two years ago. He cracked one of the tiles. We bandaged the area, but water has been getting behind the tiles. So, we have water damage. Plus, there is this weird white fungus looking stuff that is growing in some of the grout lines. I don't want to just put a liner over this mess. I would like to pull all the tile off and put cement board up (the house is old and it has sheet rock behind the tile), so i can start fresh. Will the liner hold up the same if it is glued to cement board rather than tile?
I'd remove the tile, the fungus could be mold or mildew and you don't want to trap or seal that in the walls. I the wall board behind is moldy or in bad shape, replace that too with greenboard (water/mildew resistant backerboard)
Q: I know that cement board can be installed over a vinyl floor, but can it be installed over wood laminate? I am planning to install 12x12 slate tile and want a good foundation without having to do any more work than necessary. Thank you.
1/8 isn't very much. You'll need t-moulding (transition moulding) between the two materials anyway. Rather than PB or ply, why not cleant he concrete, cpply primer, and pour self leveler on it? You'll make up your 1/8 in no time, without worrying about moisture affecting the substrate. Even plywood will warp and delaminate over time if exposed to moisture. You could get marine grade plywood (mdo or something, i've only had to get it once) but it'll be hard to come by the thickness you need in any substrate. Or just leave it alone and get a t-moulding that will make a transition over the 1/8 difference. They make plenty of different profiles.
Q: How to deal with the cracks in cement foam board
Cement is the main factor affecting the cracking of foamed cement board. The higher the cement label, the higher the strength of the product produced, but also the easier it is to crack. This is because the cement hydration reaction, the resulting internal temperature of the cement and the external temperature difference between the external environment, so if you want to maintain the strength of foam cement board unchanged, then the cause of the cracking, to rely on the late meticulous Conservation to solve.
Q: the post box had 2 -2x6 boards somehow attached to the cement. The boards rotted out and fell over in a windstorm. I'd like to attach a 4x4 post bracket on the cement, then put a pressure treated 4x4 post for the mailbox. I think I need to get the bracket fixed so it's level before I drill into the cement. would I use an epoxy glue to do this?
If you can bore a one-inch or larger hole down through the concrete stump, you might be able to sink a metal holder made for deck posts and pour a little binder cement around that. I mean, how strong do you need to hold some mail?
Q: This is behind my vinyl siding and above my drop tile ceiling.
It would most likely be asbestos because nobody in there right mind would cover Hardi with vinyl.
Q: Hi. I can ollie, shuvit, pop shuvit, powerslide, boneless, but I can't land a kickflip on cement. I can land it on grass like every time, but I sometimes land with my feet right next to each other usally in the middle of the board, SO PLEASE TELL ME HOW I CAN LAND ON THE BOLTS PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And also PLEASE TELL HOW TO LAND ON CEMENT BECAUSE I ALWAYS LAND WITH MY FRONT FOOT OR MY BACK FOOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Usually my front foot. I really want to land this every sigle time so PLEASE ur best answer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
practice makes perfect buckoo
Q: Standard cement prefabricated board load capacity is a square how many kilograms, thank you
In accordance with national standards: cast-in-place cement board bearing capacity is 250 kg / square meter, prefabricated board is 200 kg / square meter.
