Waterproof and Moisture Proof
In semi-outdoor area and under high temperature condition, performance of Sanle boards is stable and will not bend or deform.

Thermal Insulation and Sound Insulation

Low thermal conductivity, good heat insulation, high in density, sound proof

Light weight & High strength

Pressured by 5000-ton hydraulic machine, it is high in strength and light in weight. It is not easy to deform and bend, and good for flooring and roofing.

Easy installation

The installation of boards is dry operation, which is faster. It can be processed with ordinary wood working tool. The board is easy to be processed.

Economical and Good looking

The boards are light in weight. Together with the use of keels, they can save cost of construction and decoration. The painting is uniform, and the surface is smooth, making the exterior of buildings good-looking and attractive.

Safe and Harmless

Test result of Sanle boards is better than national radiation protection standards of building materials. The radiation from Sanle boards is equal to that from the lawn 20 meters away from the building. The lifespan of Sanle boards is very long, and they are resistant to acid and alkali, moisture and insects. The toughness and strength remains the same when time passes by. So they can be used for a long time.

Q: I'm concerned about the silica dust. Should I hire someone?
You have a minor concern. Wear a respirator if possible. At least a dust mask. If the board was properly put down you also have to scrape up thin set under the board.Thin set also contains silica Plastic off all doors, cabinets vents ( hot and cold) and cover furniture. You ll do a better job at doing this than any one you hire. Or you cover it and hire some one. It s hard, very dusty job. Usually a one time deal isn t a concern ( as long as you take precautions) unless you have breathing problems. I ve dealt with doing this sort of work for 20+ years and no problem. Any questions you can e mail me through my avatar. GL
Q: Yesterday I started a job at a warehouse store. This store, being a warehouse has cement floors. I have a pair of walking shoes I wear with added inserts for more comfort, but after my shift yesterday, I could barely walk because of the pain in my hips, knees, foot/leg joint, and my ankles. I know that arthritis runs in my family, and that other family members have had problems when dealing with cement floors. I'm only 23, but I know arthritis can start that young (I also know my knees are total crap because of sports). So my question is, could this pain be from walking on the cement floors all day, or is this just random? I never had this happen this bad before, and have never had to be on cement floors that long either.
Ya, walking on a hard surface and also standing on it full day will put a lot of stress on the legs and also it causes the muscles to cramp. It can be due to the overuse of the knees or as you say your family members have Arthritis that can also be the reason.
Q: Production of fiber cement board copy method has what characteristics
Dehydration is reasonable. The net is taken from the beginning of the net, by the impact of the impact of the fur roll, in the completion of the transfer from the round to the fabric at the same time, the first layer of water can be discharged in time. The primary layer of each transmission and superposition are subject to the role of the roll roll out the water, the formation of the small material layer of water content, can be achieved before entering the vacuum dehydration process requirements. As the dehydration effect is good, resulting in a higher rate of blanking, stable production. Can be wrapped in the shape of the larger thickness of the slab. Use long fiber asbestos, can give full play to "copy the advantages."
Q: My husband fixed the faucet in the tub around two years ago. He cracked one of the tiles. We bandaged the area, but water has been getting behind the tiles. So, we have water damage. Plus, there is this weird white fungus looking stuff that is growing in some of the grout lines. I don't want to just put a liner over this mess. I would like to pull all the tile off and put cement board up (the house is old and it has sheet rock behind the tile), so i can start fresh. Will the liner hold up the same if it is glued to cement board rather than tile?
There is an adhesive product that you can buy that should be somewhere near the floor tiles. You will need to use this if you want good cohesion between the concrete and the tile. I tried to apply a peel and stick tile to concrete without this product and the edges came up after a day or two. When I used this product, although a bit more time consuming, it really did the job.
Q: Or only where the ceramic tile floor will be installed. Should the pan just sit on the 5/8 wood subfloor?
Definitely use the cement board. 5/8 Plywood is really crappy subfloor. It just has too much give. The minimum should be 3/4 and 1 1/8 is ideal for a floor that won't dip, sag or cause tile to crack.
Q: Fiber cement board and the difference between the water board
Water board, also known as decorative concrete, is a water concrete slab. Different from ordinary concrete, it is smooth surface, uniform color, angular, no damage and pollution, but in the surface coated with a layer or two transparent protective agent, it is very natural, solemn.
Q: Looking to connect a piece of plywood between two boards to hang a banner
A five gallon bucket can hold .45 cubic feet of concrete when mixed with water. In other words, one 60 pound bag of pre-mix or an equivalent Portland Cement/rock and sand mix. At .45 cubic feet the bucket may overflow and/or be too deep to properly mix, but I do it all the time for difficult access pours of small quantities.
Q: I came into many buckets of GAF TOPCOAT liquid which says it can be sprayed onto a roof or rolled on. I've only found one other idea for the walls in my wet room/shower area which is flexcement that is waterproof. Is it a good idea to try this or not. Really don't want to mess it up after putting much money into the walls as is. Here is the site that describes the product.
bad idea. you are writing about a roofing material and your cement board already is the right material to use. topcoat means just that. is the GAF product to be the finish of your bath? course not!
Q: Bathroom renovation. New shower installation. Question is when installing the cement boards along the shower w?
I agree.. Whats the question?.. Any questions you can e mail me through my avatar and check my qualifications there. GL
Q: I can jump atleast 4 or 5 inches on a rug, grass, mud, sand. but i cant on cement when i ollie on cement my board like slips away after i pop and on everything else it doesnt. help?
that's rather helpful to benefit the grip on your board. If no longer that then perchance your shoes are the issue. If no longer the two of those merely regulate the way your foot is on the board, and prepare prepare prepare
