Q:I vacuum every day with a kirby sentria. I read somewhere that vacuuming daily can ruin your carpet, but I haven't had a problem (yet). Supposedly it'll wear out the carpet sooner? I use the correct settings for my carpet. We have a 3 year old, a dog, and 3 cats, the thought of vacuuming even every other day kind of sickens me when I think about how many crumbs and how much hair can build up in the carpet lol.Is it okay to vacuum daily? I have found that you can use the brush attachment when you want to make certain carpets look like they have been cleaned (if you don't have obviously soiled areas). Just vacuum back and forth and it picks up debris and dirt. Look at the carpet to see how the carpet looks freshly cleaned.
