Electro galvanized wire ranging from BWG8# to BWG16# is the mostly used for customers. We also offer thinner galvanized wire down to BWG5# or up to BWG28# upon customers specific order. Single coil package for electro galvanized wire can be as small as 10 kg and up to maximum 1000 kg per coil.
Electro Galvanized Iron Wire Processing & Features:
This kind of galvanized wire is made with choice mild steel, through wire drawing, wire galvanizing and other processes. Electro galvanized wire has the characteristics of thick zinc coating, good corrosion resistance, firm zinc coating, etc.
Forms of Supply:
Electro galvanized ironwire can be supplied in the form of coil wire, spool wire or further processed into straightened cut wire or U type wire.
Electro galvanized wire applications:
Electro galvanized wire is mainly used in construction, express way fencing, binding of flowers and wire mesh weaving.
Electro galvanized iron wire, electro galvanized steel wire, electro galvanized wire.

Q: I need the wiring harness color codes for a stock radio in an 08 ford mustang. an original forum i looked at said that there would be a green and purple one but i didn't see that. Please help!!

Q: Any instructions on how to make rings, necklaces, and bracelets out of colored telephone wire.

Q: And how can you not get them in hair straightener wires? Thanks!
Short in a wire is when two wires either don't connect cuz they're not long enough, OR when the wires start to smoke or burn or catch on fire.
Q: I keep thinking that the wire would cut into the bark when the bonsai is growing.I want to wire it now because it is easily manipulative, but I don't want to prevent trunk growth
Wire it, let it grow a bit. Then, as necessary, undo the wire, then rewire it to fit the new size. An alternative is to append weights, or tie strings to other objects or parts of the plant instead of wiring a whole branch.
Q: 1) How does the type of wire affect resistance?2) How does the length of wire affect resistance?3) How does the diameter of the wire affect resistance?4) How does temperature affect resistance?
1) How does the type of wire affect resistance? Wires can be made of different materials , and each material has its own resistance properties, some materials have high resistance and others have low resistance. 2) How does the length of wire affect resistance? Think of it this way , when increasing the length of the wire it will be harder for the electrons to pass through, which means higher resistance it will be. 3) How does the diameter of the wire affect resistance? Small diameter wires have high resistance , because when the diameter of the wire is small it will be hard for the electrons to pass through the wire, unlikely if it has big diameter then it has small resistance because now the electrons can move easy because of its big diameter. 4) How does temperature affect resistance? Temperature also effects wires resistance, when the temperature in the wire increases the resistance will also increase, to understand why imagine your self holding a wire and buring some area in it , what will happen is the heat will melt that section and cut the wire so its like an open circuit which means very high resistance (No electrons will pass through the wire). Good Luck.
Q: I have a set of pilot wi-200 strobe lights and they have three wires and i want to hook them up to a optx headlight strobe control module the wires are gray white and black can you tell me where to hook them
I wouldn't try it. The gray, white, and black wires are the high voltage strobe wires. The control module changes the patterns before the voltage is increased. There is nothing you can do here.
Q: I am trying to run a wire from a breaker box to a new plug. To get to the new plug, I have to run the wire over a garage with a finished ceiling, around, through, or over 2 half staircases ( bi level) to get to the unfinished wall to run to the new plug. What would be the proper way to run this wire.
Unless you are really small and can climb through all those small places in the attic...you are going to have to try another way. Most of the time those wires are run through a conduit on the outside of house. up under the roof line edge.
Q: What's the best kind of wire to use that can stand being kilned?
that really depends what you want to do and how high you are going to fire. Generally nichrome 80/20 wire should be OK until cone 9. Then there is Kanthal which will withstand even higher temperatures but is more expensive than nichrome. You could get either probably in electronics supply houses. If you do lowfire, maybe up to cone 06 or lower steel will probably be OK. The surface of the steel will oxidise and so get clearly thinner, keep that in mind. Generally your wire and the clay should not be in direct contact because they have different thermal expansion coefficients. Depends how rigid your wire is if it will lead to major damage to your piece. But if you wrap your wire with paper before you put clay around it it is probably OK as long as you don't enclose the entire thing with clay into a hollow space. But it also depends on what exactly you are trying to do, e.g. what kind of clay you are using. Mostly people use wire with clay for making beads. If that's what you are doing you can also look up bead making techniques.
Q: Why does a thin wire melt and a thick wire glow when put up to the terminals? Explain in terms of resistance and current. Thanks=]
A thin wire has a fairly good resistance to the flow of electricity, represented by say R ohms. Let V volts be the voltage across the terminals of a battery. The current I that flows through the resistance is given by I = V/R amperes, heat generated is V X I = V^2/R Now the internal resistance of a battery is very low and hence if R is in a certain range, I can be fairly high and the heat generated in the wire can be high enough to melt the wire. This is the concept used in a fuse to protect the remaining circuit from a melt down or a fire! When you use a thick wire, the resistance R is very low and hence a heavy current flows through the wire and makes it red hot.
Q: so im doing a custom buggy and i need so different colored wire im looking for a place to get lots of different colored wire for cheap
Quick wire / Saint wire cable company. painless wiring company There are other companies that sell universal harnesses that already have a fuse box with the basic circuits already done, and some blanks to run to whatever accessory you need. It's the easiest thing to do.
