3.Characteristic

1. The rated voltage of the wires should equal to or higher then the rated voltage of the system when wires are used at AC system. If the wires are used at DC system, the rated voltage of system should lower then 1.5 times as high as rated voltage of cable and wires. The working voltage of the system could be 1.1 times as high as the rated voltage of the cable.

2. The long term working temperature should lower then 70oC. The working temperature of BV-90 should lower then 90oC. And the laying temperature should higher then 0oC.

3. The curve diameter of the wire should longer than 8 times of the diameter of the outer diameter of cable and wires if their outer diameter is 25 mm or above. If the diameter of cable and wires is above 25 mm, the curve diameter should be at least 12 times of the outer diameter of the cable and wires.

Q: 1. i was trying to replace a light switch. the electrical wires seem to be stuck once they are inserted inside of the light switch. i tried very hard to pull them out, but they don't move at all. oh, yes, i was using the rocker switch instead of the standard switch. i had no problem of pulling the wire out of the standard switch.are those rocker switches designed like that? 2. also, during the process, the insulating plastic tube covering the electrical wire got torn a little bit. should i be worried? or should i wrap it with those black insulating tape?thanks.
There is a second small rectangular hole next to the hole with the wire. Push in a small screwdriver and the wire will release.
Q: I am looking to remodel a mobile home that is 12x60. All the wiring was removed by the previous owner. I need a rough estimate on how much wiring this would take and the type of wiring. I would estimate that it has about 10-15 outlets that are mostly located towards the floor if that if useful info. I really have no idea about this and am completely clueless as to what to look for or use. Any advice would be much appreciated!
If the walls are open to the studs then $200/ box is what I would probably bid for that type of job. So 21 boxes at $200 about $4000 and that does not include special devices or fixtures. Copper wire is expensive now compared to 10 years ago but the main cost is the labor. Mobile homes are a pain to work in.
Q: I have a halogen heater and one of the bulbs in it started flickering so I opened it up disconnected that bulb and found the casing around one of the wires connecting to it was burned off. So I have this exposed wire which is not connected to anything and was thinking about just covering it with duct tape and using the heater again. Now im not stupid and everything about this to me sounds like a bad idea but would like to get a second opinion on exactly how dangerous it would be, it would only be temporary until I got a new heater.
The bigger question is why is the casing (jacket insulation?) was burned off the wire. Such as, was the wire undersize, or was there a short in the wire? Sounds like your heater is a potential candidate for a product recall (unless mice chewed through the wire or something like that). I'd get online and search for recalls against your heater, and if nothing comes up, contact the manufacturer (they probably have an 800#). What may come of this for you is a new heater. Don't take a chance of a fire, especially when it comes to something that pulls that much power.
Q: Hello! I have two exact same porch lights. I was moving one lamp to test location #2 (the other light turned out to be bad, just wanted to make sure power was ok) and I thought I wrote down which wires from the wall (outside on condo patio) went into the wires on the lamp but now I see I have FOUR wires coming from the walland only three for the lamp.I seem to have two white wires, or at least I cannot see any color outside of the grey paint from when the building was painted. The third is black and the last is green and I can see the color of those wires and I am sure they were connected to the ground and the power. Now, finally my question.do those two white wired go together with the white wire from the lamp? Please email me if you need further explanation or a picture of the wiring, Thank you so much for your help! I thought I had my bases covered but I dropped the ball!!
Since you have 2 porch lights - the power or 120v is normally connected to the white and black wires, The green wire is ground. If you have 2 white wires they should be connected together. When connecting the fixture to the wires - white to white - black to black - green to green or to the metal housing of the fixture. Power should be shut off while connecting the wires. Hope this helps.
Q: 1007 wire and 1015 wire What is the difference
after the line to finish, then just put the module up, forced to beat, so that it is close to the patch panel
Q: Electrical wire with a diameter of 0.88 cm is wound on a spool with a radius of 28 cm and a height of 23 cm.(a) Through how many radians must the spool be turned to wrap one even layer of wire? rad(b) What is the length of this wound wire? m
23 cm / 0.88 cm 26.1 so you will have 26 turns of wire. Each turn is as long as the circumference of the cylinder, which is 2*28*π 176 cm so 26 x 176 4576 cm wire needed 1 rotation, one turn is 2π, so for 26 turns, you need to rotate by 26*2π radians. .
Q: I would like to take a 15.5KW of electrical appliances, with the attack on the length of the short Chi Chi E-law to spend much of the three-phase five-core line. Seek the master to calculate the method. Can give 220V and 380V from the power and current aspects of the calculation formula or table. Of the additional addition. Seek detailed points. There are documents can be sent to.. COM problem added: do not know not to answer. Thank you. More

Q: i have a basement stairwell with one light at the bottom, switch at the top. I want to make it a 3-way switch with 2 lights. 2 sections lit from either top or bottom of stairs. How to do? the wiring dates from 1954, but there is plenty of amperage left on the fuse formula. Thanks ahead of time.
the age of your wiring may not allow you to do this,, as you need to have the ground wire to make the three way circuit. you should run a new wire,, there is no such thing as a fuse formula,,, unless your speaking of the fuse/circuit breaker panel? and amperage really has nothing to do with the circuit in question as your only putting in two lights!! if you buy the right switches to make the circuit they will have a little schematic included in the box to show how its done!!
Q: Do you want to use fireproof mud for fire in the electrical cabinet? Is there any national standard?
There is no national standards, but the general works of the Party and the supervision unit for the aesthetic requirements of the fire with the mud to block the construction caused by the construction of empty. The material is mainly used for wire, cable hole blockage to prevent the wire, the cable fire and spread from the hole to the adjacent room to reduce the loss of fire. To avoid the expansion of the accident with smoke, fire, dust and other functions. Therefore, the block material is widely used in power plants, industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, shipbuilding power, telecommunications, substations, metallurgy and other systems in the vertical level of the wire, cable through the hole block.
Q: I know what the hot wire and ground wire are but why do you need a neutral wire? The hot wire is black and the ground is green right? So neutral is white? My bigger question though is why do you need a neutral wire--what is its purpose? Thank you!
Electricity needs a loop to complete a circuit. That's what the black and white wire do.But in the event of a short electricity travels to the path of least resistance. The ground wire provides that path and safely dissipates the current to ground.
