Q:my iron level has been at this my whole pregnancy and I have a really hard time taking Iron pills so I am doing the foods and cereals with lots of Iron did any of you Lady‘s go into labor with low iron how was your experience was every thing ok ??: You need the iron. If you aren't so tired you feel dead you will be soon. Apricots are high in iron, so is Malt O Meal and red meat. Burdock root is available from a health food store its crunchy and you cook it like carrots. I bought burdock root capsules and brougth mine up from a 7 and feel sooooo much better!!! You dont want low iron during birth because of the bleeding, and the tirednesss. DO NOT IGNORE IT!!!!

Q:I‘m a vegetarian and I don‘t think I‘m getting enough. what are some foods with iron?: Broccoli,Spinach ,Turnip Greens,Mustard Greens.Colored Greens and actually all green leafy Vegetables.I know because i cant eat to much of them,because my iron level stays to high as it is.

Then why does the supplement at recommended dosage have 85 mg per day?Yes I will be asking his doctor when I see him next.: the doses of iron for iron-deficient children are weight-dependent and they also depend on the severity of the condition. the official dose of iron for children in your son's age is 2-4 mg/kg/day in 1 or 2 divided doses. oral iron supplements don't contain pure iron because they are actually iron salts so only a percentage of those pills is the pure iron that will be absorbed and used in the body for making RBCs. The recommended daily allowances (8-10mg/day) are given to prevent iron deficiency and no to treat.

Q:Alright I'm doing a project on electrolysis and as much as I try i just don't understand it.My anode cathode are both IronMy solution is Fe(No3)2 which is Iron (II) NitrateI need to talk about what happens and why the mass of the anode decreases but the mass of the cathode increases.I've got some crazy theory but i don't know if its correct or not so if anyone could clarfiy that would be great.Thankyou so much! :): Anode: Oxidation Iron becomes Iron(II) it dissolves in water, so the Anode loses mass. Cathode: Reduction Iron(II) becomes Iron and accumulates itself at the Cathode which gains mass. Oxidation means to dispense electrons, this electrons are transported through a wire to the Cathode. At the Cathode electrons are given to Iron(II) that were dissolved in water. If it is is still unclear i can try to explain it better
