I'm not a fan of liverblech. Sardines, veal, and mackeral all have good iron, too. Take it easy when eating these, and start off small. - You need the iron. If you aren't so tired you feel dead you will be soon. Apricots are high in iron, so is Malt O Meal and red meat. Burdock root is available from a health food store its crunchy and you cook it like carrots. I bought burdock root capsules and brougth mine up from a 7 and feel sooooo much better!!! I got mine at target. I've also had it for like two years and it still works great.
