- the floor is my dance studio is a sprung floor with tough laminate over the top.no you can't buy it cheap as you have to get your floor sprung.laminate flooring is similar but as it is not sprung if overused you may give yourself shin splints.the flooring shop locally just buy a scratch resistant one. hope i helped god luck with that victoria xx

- Because a series of magnetic reversals that are semmetrical either side of EACH mid oceanic ridge have been mapped out and clearly demonstrate the way the the oceans have spread through time. In the late 1950s, a series of oceanographic expeditions was commissioned to map the magnetic character of the ocean floor, with the expectation that the ocean floors would display largely uniform magnetic properties. Since sea-floor spreading is a continuous process on a geological timescale, the process preserves rocks of alternating polarity across the ocean floor (Figure 7a). - You need to float the floor to make it flat. Do NOT use extra adhesive. It will never dry and will come up between the tiles for years. Use any good brand of float, Henry has one. Sand after it drys for a completely smooth floor. A pro installer will spend MORE time with the prep than the installing.

- Laminate floors are already sealed. Use the product recommended by the floor company.I do small areas at a time with a swifter covered with a solution soaked rag. Then I dry it with a dry cloth on a swifter to prevent streaks.You may be able to forget the last step depending on the solution.
