- Q: please tell me how can I remove my old windshield wiper ( saturn 2003 vue)?
- I own a 2004 Saturn Vue. The wiper blades should be easy to replace. However, it depends on the brand of replacement blades that you have purchased. Personally, I recommend Bosch Micro Edge or Excel replacement wiper blades. The wiper blades attach to the arm, which looks like a Shepard’s crook. Away from the windshield and towards the arm, push the tab on the backside of the swivel, where the blade attaches to the crook, to unlock the old blade. Gently, slide the old blade away from the crook. Carefully, line up the new blade against the arm then slide the crook through the arm near the swivel. With the round side of the swivel facing forward, slide the new blade towards the crook. The new blade will lock into place. Before you hit the road, test the blades. If you're really uncomfortable, many auto parts stores will install replacement wiper blades for you free. Good luck, I hope this helps.

- Everything that James said. The bike becomes an extension of you, you shift and brake and steer without thinking just like you don't think about how to walk. If you can't do one, you can't do any of them properly. You might as well get a VW trike at that point, which is the equivalent of a mini-van to me.
- Q: We have a 92 ford mustang, and we have bought several different brands of windshield wipers and we always have the same problem, it won‘t get the water off of the driver side. The blades are fine because they work perfectly on the passenger side. What could be wrong? How much will it cost to fix it. Thank you. :)
- Spring tension.i.e. the wiper arm is not putting pressure onto the blade. You can either replace the arm or try making a small bend into the arm to increase the blade to glass pressure.

- It sounds like your alternator is not working. I had a 1991 Ford Escort that did the same thing. I would suggest taking to advance auto parts, or autozone and they can test the battery and alternator for free. Then you will know for sure, but my money is on the alternator. Good luck!

- Lift the plastic cover off thats on the left. You will now see the wiper motor. All you need is ratchet set and a one of those star bits (forgot size). It should come right out. Just install the new one, test and go. Make sure NO ONE turns the car on while working. Otherwise, disconnect the battery before you begin. Safety First.

- Sounds like the wiper arm has become loose on the spindle. Try moving the wiper by hand to determine security to the mechanism With the wipers in the Parked situation, check the nut that secures the wiper arm to the drive. If it's loose tighten it up. You may have to remove a cover at the end of the wiper arm to gain access, It happens. K

- yes ,if the alternator goes out then it will turn the check engine light on,you can take the car to oreilly auto parts and they will check it for free .
