5.FAQ

①Are you a factory?

Yes, We are a professional manufacturer of wire in China. The Mainly product is electro galvanized iron wire, black annealed iron wire, wire nail. Our company is built by two boss, one own a black annealed wire factory, the other own a galvanized wire factory.

②Is your company offer the sample?

Yes, of course. we will send you for yoru test.

Is your Black Annealel wire suited to work rework?

Certainly. First, there is good performance for drawing the Q195 wire rod as the basic material; Second, the wire need to anneal in the drawing and redrawing processing.

Annealing makes the wire soft and can not break easily, and also make a better cutting performance.

Q:We are replacing an older style submersible 3 wire well pump with a newer style 3 wire plus ground. I do not know where to ground the green wire? Is it necessary to extend the wire from the pump all the way to the top and ground it there or can i just ground it to the pump itself? Any ideas? First time home owner... trying to save money and not call an electrician (Im an avionics technician so I have some what of an idea what im doing.) Thanks
It shouldn't be grounded to back to the pump, it should be brought out and grounded either with the house or a separate grounding rod.
Q:I am wiring a sony xplod amp up in my car and need to know what the skinny blue wire goes to. Any help would be appreciated.
Run a fused (1 amp, 14 AWG) wire from a fuse in the fuse panel that only has power when the car is ON to one side of a switch. From the other side of the switch run the same sized wire to the REM (remote) connection on the amp. This allows for full control and you never have to worry about forgetting to turn off the amp. The switch is so you can turn off the amp at will so as not to give grandma a heart attack in the car. You can find fuse taps and in-line fuse holders at any autoparts store.
Q:The wire on my headphones were cut clean off in the middle of the wire. Is there any way it can be fixed? I tried to find out other ways but it seems one of the only ways is to strip the wire of its covering. Is there a way to fix it without burning the wires?
to add to Generic John's post ..pay attention to the color of the wires. one will most likely have no cover to it ,thats the neutral. so it would be for example . to red, white to white , neutral to neutral
Q:Im installing a motion sensor which comes with 3 wires, red black and white and want to connect it to a indoor light that only comes with 2 wires white and black. How do I go about installing them and powering them?
To be honest, it seems you might be better served getting an electrician. If not... 1st, make sure to turn off the power. I'd imagine the red and black wires are for the incoming power (to the motion switch) and the outgoing power (from the motion sensor to the light). Look for markings on the wires or near where they go into the sensor (didn't this sensor come with instructions?), LINE designates incoming power, LOAD is for the load being served (the light). White is the common wire and will connect to the other white wire. If I had to guess, I'd say the red is incoming power, black is outgoing to the light. Whatever you do, BE CAREFUL, electricity is no joke.
Q:The house was built in the 50's. Two wires are coming up from the switch and two wires are coming down from the top of the wall. I do not see a third wire. I attached the wall light wires left wires to left wires and right wires to right wires and light stayed on, when I moved the switch it threw the breaker. So I used may combination and the switch would not make the light work. It appears one wire may be white and one black. Help please!
The wire coming down from the wall is probably the power line. The wire going to the switch is meant to switch the hot lead lead only. Check the wires on the switch. There is probably a black and white on the switch. You will want to hook the white wire coming from above to the white wire on the light. Hook the black wire coming from above to the black wire going to the switch. Hook the white wire coming from the switch to the black wire on the light. While you are at it take black electrical tape and tape both ends of the white wire that runs to the switch. This will indicate that it is a hot lead.
Q:Can I run a 10 gauge 2 wire plus ground from a double pole 30 amp breaker to a dryer that uses 240v? I need to know if the one black wire will be sufficient or if i need to get a 2 hot one neutral wire.
No you need two hot and a neutral your element needs 240 volts.
Q:We added an AC to a preexisting sx 80 furnace and we are having a hard time wiring the new thermostat to the furnace, and the condensor to the furnace. Anyone know how to get a wiring diagram?? thanks
furnace will have 5 low voltage terminals,,R,,Y,,G,,W,,C...you have to connect R,,Y,,G,,and W at the furnace to R,Y,G,and W at the thermostat...so you have to use at least 4-conducter tstat wire between the tstat and furnace...typically you would use the red wire to connect the R terminals at tstat and furnace,,green wire for G terminals,,yellow wire for Y terminals and white wire for W terminals.. if your tstat wire doesnt have those exact colors it doesnt matter,,just be sure that the wires connected to R,Y,G,and W at the tstat are connected to R,Y,G,and W at the furnace respectively...if your tstat is programmable and requires a common wire to operate,,then you will need a 5 conducter tstat wire between tstat and furnace...the fifth wire, whatever its color, will need to connect the C terminal at the furnace to the common wire terminal at the tstat,,usually the common terminal at tstat is labeled C but not always.....as far as the outdoor unit goes..you will need at least a 2 conducter tstat wire to connect the Y and C terminals at the furnace to Y and C wires or terminals in the outside unit,,usually 24 volt polarity doesnt matter at the outdoor unit,,in other words as long as the 2 wires outside that are connected to the Y and C terminals in the furnace are connected to the [low voltage] 2 wires / terminals it will work,,unless one of the wires / terminals outside is clearly labeled as common.in that case make sure whatever tstat wire is connected to that wire / terminal is connected to C back at the furnace.....so at the furnace there will be one wire [red] connected to R....2 wires connected to Y. [ one going to Y at tstat, the other going to outdoor unit]...one wire [green] connected to G. and one wire [white] connected to W.....and one wire [common, usually blue] connected to C unless tstat requires a common wire,,in that case there will be 2 wires connected to C at the furnace.......hope i made it clear enough.......dan
Q:I'm replacing the ground wire in a chandelier because it has been cut by the previous owner when it was removed from the ceiling. Overall it is pretty simple and I have everything diagramed. When I went to Radio Shack and bought the replacement wire they gave me 18 gauge solid insulated hookup wire. It looks totally different. The ground wire is a braided copper wire (7 strands). Should I go back and take my copper wire with me and get copper or is what I have just as good? An electrician will do the installation of the chandelier into the ceiling.
The reason they use copper as it does not corrode...
Q:I had my uncle-in-law hook up my American Bass Pro 800 Watt Amp but he used cheap wiring. The wire is fairly small and he told me it doesnt matter how big the wire is. But what i wanna know is, Is the wire giving the amp enough power or does American Bass Pro Amps suck?? Help please
Okay, well the higher the watts the amp pulls the large cable you will need. My system pulls 500 watts (RMS) (1000 peak) and when i had it installed they ran 4 gauge wire from the battery to the amp, then used a separation block (4 gauge input and four 8 gauge outputs) to knock down the 4 gauge to 8 so it could connect to the amp. Usually the gauge wire that is the input size for the amp would be the wire you would want to run from the battery to the amp, unless you are running multiple amps. basically larger the amp=larger the wire needed hope this helps
Q:What does the wire do for braces? What happens if you pull it out and everything else it ok?
The wire is what makes braces function. When an orthodontist tightens braces, s/he adjusts the wire or replaces it completely, which causes the teeth to move. Removing the wire ceases the functionality of the braces.
