BLACK ANNEALED WIRE
Black annealed wire is made of high-quality iron wire, mainly used as tie wire or binding wire in construction work.
We produce the annealed wire with high-quality low carbon raw materials through wire drawing, anneal process. Its soft and has good stretching resistance. The finished products are smeared with slushing oil. So they are not apt to rust. We can tie up the products according to customers requirements, ranged from1 to 50 kg each bundle. And we can also make the annealed wire into U type carbon steel wire, straight cut wire etc. It is mainly used as tie wire or binding wire in construction.
Standard specification: Wire diameter from 0. 229mm-4. 19mm
Packing: Generally inner plastic and outer flax, of course, we can also pack according to our customers' requirements.

Material:carbon steel wire

Surface:  Black annealed soft wire without oil

Diamter:  16ga,16.5ga,17ga,18ga

Tensile strength:30--50kgs/mm2

Packing:  3.5lbs,3.125lbs,2.5lbs or 3lbs

16 coils or 20 coils per carton

24 cartons or 36 cartons or 48 cartons per pallet

13 pallets or 20 pallets or 24 pallets per 20'GP

Black annealed rebar tie wire is made of iron wire, mainly used as tie wire or binding wire in construction. We can produce annealed wire ranges from 16ga,16.5ga,17ga,18ga , customers orders are also acceptable.

Q: Just moved into a new house and the basement is already wired for surround sound. The ends are two wires one silver one gold/brass wrapped together with plastic. Looks like they were cut at the ends. How difficult would it be to wore the speakers myself?
The color coded wire will correspond to the connection of the positive and negative. You would connect the wire to the receiver, depending on the location of the speaker. Check the speaker that is already installed and see what color wire is going to what terminal on the speaker and match that connection to your receiver. Front speaker connected to the front speaker terminal of the receiver. Your receiver owners manual will also provide you with some direction. Hope this will help you out.
Q: is it safe to use twist on wire connector to connect my new stereo or should i crimp instead?
I would suppose in this case there is a good better best way to do it. IMO I would never do twists on a stereo, at the very least, do butt connectors. Best way would be to solder each wire one by one and seal with heat shrink. That will give you a very clean look and you'll be proud of yourself :)
Q: Found some electrical wiring resonably priced on craigslist but it says -----8 gauge (AWG), 3 wire, direct burry electrical cableDOES THAT MEAN ITS 3/0 WIRE? Because I need 3/0 wire direct burriedI am looking to buy some extra 3/0 wire and found some on craigslist for a reasonable price..
I am an electrician an, any time you use direct burial cable you are doing a half *** job. Call an electron use conduit and use conductors with a w listed in there insulation type Using direct burial cable instead of conduit is silly When the cable fails not if(could take years) you will be re-digging the trench
Q: I have a 2002 chevy trailblazer lt and i was trying to see if anyone knows what color is what for the radio harness i want to straight wire my aftermarket cd player in because the harness is 100 dollars to buy. if anyone can tell me which wire goes to where by color or know of a good diagram i would appreciate it.
You can get the harness at WalMart or Best Buy. It connects to the aftermarket radio and then just plugs right in to the vehicles harness.....unless you already hacked it off. The thing only cost about $15.00 and makes the installation process a breeze.
Q: where does the thin blue wire from the amp go, i know it goes to the stereo but i dont know to what wire
Its probably a power relay wire used to switch the amp on when the radio is turned on. The radio will have either an orange or yellow wire that is used to trigger a retractable antenna. If this is the case, connect your blue wire to this orange wire on the radio. Then when you power the radio the relay switch will activate the amp. If you do not have this option on your radio, you will have to manually wire a switch that is connected to your fuse box so that you can send 12 volts to that blue wire to activate the amp.
Q: I am in the process of installing a new thermostat, but I ran into the problem: new thermostat has 4 ports W, Y, R and G. But the old thermostat has 5 wires: W, Y, G and B. I am not sure where B wire (black color) should go. Do I need to look for another thermostat that has a port for B wire?
The black wire should be for ground. You and try to connect it without the black first to see if everything works ok, if it does tape off the black and tape it to the other wires. If not look at your UPM diagram and see which port is for ground and it should hook up with that wire. But I would double check with the heat pump wiring diagram to see what that black goes to and verify that wire with a multimeter.
Q: the sensor part has 4 wires,(2 white,1 black and 1 red)each light has 1bl.and 1white
The other answer that has directions doesn't sound right for your case. Do you have a link to the actual product? Two white wires sounds strange, unless they have stripes or something to differentiate them. It seems pointless to have 2 wires that would just be connected together. Give me a link or the actual brand/model number and I'll give more information.
Q: When wiring an aftermarket car stereo, do you always match color to like color? Also do you have to use every wire from the wire harness?
Assuming the head unit follows the standard color code (there are some cheap Chinese import units that don't) then you should match the head unit wire colors to the harness wire colors. There are a few extra rules, though: -If the harness has a blue wire, and the head unit only has blue/white (no blue), then the blue harness wire should be connected to the blue/white head unit wire. If the harness has a blue/white AND a blue wire, then both of them should be connected to the head unit's blue/white wire. Similarly, if the head unit has only a blue wire and no blue/white, then it should be connected to the blue and the blue/white wires in the harness. -Orange and orange/white can be treated as interchangeable; ie, an orange/white head unit wire can be connected to an orange harness wire, and vice-versa. (If the harness has both an orange and orange/white, though, don't combine them--just use one or the other with the head unit). -Some harnesses have a black/white wire; this can usually be combined with the black ground wire. -Brown and orange/black wires in harnesses should be taped off individually and not connected to anything. -Some harnesses don't have a black ground wire. In this case, the black wire from the head unit will need to be grounded somewhere else. There will usually be wires left over. Make sure each one is insulated so it can't cause a short or contact another wire.
Q: Okay, magnet wire is coated with some red fancy insulation. Is that just an enamel? If so, enamel coated copper wire magnet wire would be the same thing.I want to build a loudspeaker. This what I need? Are the coils used in loudspeakers the same ones used in inductor coils? One interesting question,When Faraday was experimenting with the effects of magnetism on electricity, how in the hell did he figure out the magnetic field increased with the number of turns of copper in his coils!I'm only assuming Faraday didn't have insulated copper wires.Lmao, if they aren't insulated, how in the heck is he suppose to know how much the field is increased. The Coil would just become a big conductor lol
Today we always use magnet wire from inductors, transformers and speaker, but Faraday didn't have any so he just used insulated wire. He was smarter the you and me, so if we know you need insulated wire, so did he.
Q: What is the difference between carbon fiber and wire heating?
Long life: because of the characteristics of carbon fiber made its corrosion resistance, durable characteristics, and metal heating wire aging, corrosion, and short service life
