Bead wire is the steel wire made of high-carbon steel whose surface is plated with red copper or bronze .
It has a high strength, a good flexibility, a supreme fatigue property and an excellent linearity, which can be adhered to the rubber easily, and is mainly used in the tyre bead as the reforcing materials.
You can find it widely applied in car tyres, light truck tyres, cargo truck tyres, heavy equipment tyres and plane tyres.
2.Product Characteristic
Our corporation produce normal strength, high strength, special structure, round section, rectangular cross-section of the bead wire.
Our company produces the high performance of bead wire can effectively reduce the tire weight, saving fuel, reducing energy consumption, tire safety factor high, reduce the tire manufacturing cost, adapt to the requirements of the tire industry, "green" and sustainable development.
Rubber products for passenger car, light truck, truck, engineering, etc..

- Q:I am doing wiring in my shed on preexisting light fixtures and outlets. the wiring that was disconnect from that carried the electricity to it. What I am trying to do is have all the light fixtures work of an extension cord. I have another extension wire connected to that with the +, - and 0 showing. The fixtures have 3 wires coming out of them what I think to be the power in, power out, and switch. On the fixture on the end I connected my extension cord thing and it work, BUT only that one. The rest of the fixtures did not work, I do see anything wrong. What I thought was that I was connecting to the switch wire so I changed it and it just buzzed with blue light. What is going on?
- the rest of your light fixtures maybe wired through a switch. you would have to hook your extension cord to the switch but you also need to connect the common neutrals and grounds to the cord as well.
- Q:have a kenmore dryer with 3 wires now had it will not dry need info on wiring it so it will dry
- Yea a little more info not drying check the vent for lint clogged or you heating element burnt out take dryer hose of back and see if hot air comes after you run it for 2-3 min here is 3 wirer dryer hook up
- Q:HiI want to cover a large section of a wall at home with wire. There is a plug socket (electrical outlet) in the wall. How can I ensure that I do not drill into electrical wiring within the wall? Is there some way to scan a wall to locate the wires? Thanks.
- You want to cover a wall with wire? Just kidding, i figured out what you were trying to say. There are good answers here already. Just be sure you are putting screws into the studs only and you will be fine. What are you covering with? Sheetrock? Wood? The glue idea sounds good too, depending on what you are putting on the wall. Again...i dont know how to cover a wall with wire. I guess if you are an artist. LOL Good luck
- Q:Am I able to do this? The wire burn the clay?
- if you're using a clay like the 3 main Sculpeys (original Sculpey, SuperSculpey, and Sculpey III), you will especially want to use wire inside them (or use other kinds of armatures) in any thin or projecting areas since those lines of polymer clay are brittle after curing in those kinds of areas
- Q:ok...all the wires in my quot;atticare encased in this silver metal casing....when i opened a bathroom wall...the wires were also like that.....at the fuse box...they all leave like that........sooooo, can i assume all my wires are encased like that? does that make them pretty safe from rodents chewing? (yup-been watching Billy the Exterminator) why were they done like that? tx for any info....
- First when houses were electrically wired, they used what was called knob and tube. Next came BX,or flexible metal tubing which is what you have. Plastic wiring or Romex is the last and most commonly used type of wiring for homes. Don't mess with the flexible metal wiring. There are certain requirements when you cut and enter the metal into a metal outlet box. One of the most important things is a red fiber bushing called a cherry and I do not think they are available any more. I have some that I keep in my antiques closet. LOL
- Q:How do I wire an outlet that has two black and to white wires. It this case the white being the HOT wires?? Don't know why all the white wires in my house are HOT.. And the black are nuetral???
- Just use what is called a pigtail add take a short piece of white wire and wire nut it to the other two thenyou will have one wire to hook to the outlet.Do the same with the black. Be sure you turn the power off before attempting any wiring task. Black on the brass screw and White on the silver screw on the outlet.
- Q:I get how to solder one wire to the inverter, but how do I do multiple wires? Do I connect end-on-end, or all at the same source? I couldn't find a good website for doing multiple wires...
- EI is very easy, you can do them either way, all that you need to assure is the voltage gets into the wire. So end to end or all direct to the inverter either way works just fine. My problem is getting the wire exposed, it takes me more than one shot at it, lol..
- Q:where also is fourth wire hooked in?
- If you really have a 3-pole 4 wire system, the 4th wire is the neutral. (The other 3 wires are the phase wires.) It is much more common to have 2 phases with a neutral and a ground for a house. In either case the 4th wire connects to the neutral bus. How do you know which wire is the 4th wire? Test the voltages between the wires. You will have a bolt of lightning, if you connect the wrong wire to the neutral. Luckily, touching the incoming wires to your house is very rarely lethal.
- Q:first wire change
- Depends on how many little kinks he's putting in it. Also depends on how fast he works, if your wire needs a lot of work or a little, and if he already has an idea of what he wants to do or if he's just guessing along the way. It shouldn't take longer for him to make the actual kinks than it does the remove and replace the wire. That's a little more labor intensive and can take about 5-10 minutes for each wire. The whole thing, uninterrupted might last 30-45 minutes.
- Q:I am installing a Pioneer head unit in a 1997 Nissan Pathfinder. All the wires from the harness to the deck are connected according to color. I was able to connect all of the wires except for the stock orange/black wire coming out of Nissan's harness. I am assuming this wire has something to do with the illumination. The pioneer does not have an orange/black wire to connect it to. The deck will not turn on at all if the orange/black wire is:- not connected to anything- connected to the red power wire- connected to the yellow power wireThe deck will turn on if the orange/black wire is:- connected to the black ground wire- connected to the remote wireHowever when the headlights are turned on the head unit cuts off and will not turn back on until the headlights are shut off again. In other words, the deck will work fine until the headlight switch is turned to the on position. Does anyone know a solution to this problem? Thanks, Dan
- they are there merely in the adventure that your automobile has a characteristic to dim upload-ons. you dont want them connect them everywhere in maximum circumstances, thy are in basic terms a luxury in the adventure that your automobile has that characteristic.
