- Pop into your local library and see if they have the 2010 Buying Guide that Consumer Reports puts out. That's the last one I remember seeing. However, I will warn you, I was disappointed. They rated Hoover very high and after having two of them and nothing but trouble with no results from Hoover, I went to a Bissell Healthy Home. Now happy as a clam with my vacuum.

- Kirby's are very good vaccums and if you go to a Kirby store you can trade in your broken one for a new one and it will only cost a small amount. Then when that one craps out you trade it again. It's really cool actually. Hope this helps! Nick
