Q: Last night i cleaned my carpet using a carpet cleaner, and it all seemed to go very well leaving my carpet clean and fluffy, but the following morning when i woke up my carpet was really flat. what did i do wrong? how can i de-flatten the carpet?? could it have been that i didnt properly rinse all the soap from the carpet??
Professional okorder , to locate one near you.
Q: How to best remove the greasy dirt on the carpet?
Replace the carpet.
Q: How can a nylon carpet be distinguished from a polyester carpet?
1, strong, good wear resistance, home has fiber head. Its abrasion resistance is 10 times that of cotton fiber, 10 times that of dry viscose fiber, and 140 times of that of wet fiber. As a result, its durability is excellent.2, the elastic and elastic nylon fabric recovery is excellent, but small external force deformation, so the fabric in the wear process variable.3, ventilation, poor ventilation, easy to generate static electricity.4, nylon fabric moisture absorption in synthetic fiber fabric is a better variety, so nylon clothing is more comfortable than polyester clothing.5. It has good resistance to decay and corrosion.6, heat resistance, light resistance are not good enough, ironing temperature should be controlled below 140 degrees celsius. In the use of clothing in the process must pay attention to washing, maintenance conditions, so as not to damage the fabric.
Q: Is there a way to bleach my carpet? Not to get a stain out or anything. But my carpet is a bache color, and I would like to make it white.Would putting bleach on it make it brighter?
It would make it a lighter color for sure, but the shade probably won't be very consistent. Think blue jeans that have had bleach splashed on them. You also wouldn't be able to use your house until it aired out with the windows open for a few days.
Q: I have wall to wall carpets in my apartment. I have placed large rugs on top of the carpet. Without damaging the carpet or the rug, how can I stop them from .wrinkling and moving? Is it caused by static electricity?
Stores sell kind of a rubbery, mat that lays under throw and area rugs. It is made to keep them from moving around and its not sticky so it won't hurt the carpet underneath.
Q: Can i put a stable rug under a turnout rug?
You can, but it's something reserved for the winter. My pony has a hunter clip in the winter and will be turned out with a heavyweight t/o rug with a neck. If not too cold, he may just have that on. If a little chilly, we just use a fleece as a liner rug. If cold with a cold wind chill or it's so cold it's a bit icy, he tends to have his duvet-type under rug left on under the heavyweight. He's the type that gets very very cold very quickly in the winter and he also has allergic bronchitis, which catching a chill can aggravate, so we layer rugs for prevention. He also goes out all day, so has the extra rug in case the temperature drops (our yard is on top of a small hill so tends to be very cold and breezy in the winter, with the temperature dropping occasionally throughout the day)
Q: How to clean the carpet if milk tea pours onto the white carpet
Method one: Just stained with milk tea, you can use salt on the stains (so that the juice adsorbed on it) - dipped in water wetting - cleaning with soap. Method two: Milk tea has dried, rub with vinegar - 5 minutes - and then use water to clean. Method three: Net collar! Method four: Baking soda with hydration- washing soda. the last one is also odd way : Colored fabrics are rubbed and washed in concentrated salt water, then washing them in water, next rubbing them in 10% ammonia water, finally, using detergent to wash; white fabric can be soaked in bleaching liquid (sodium hypochlorite solution for 3% to 5%) for 1 ~ 2 hours, then rinse with water. Peach juice stains can be soaked in oxalic acid solution for a few minutes, then using water to wash away.
Q: My carpet is going to kill me. This is southern texas, and there is always dust everywhere. How can I thoroughly clean the carpet? I really can't afford a big machine, and I borrowed my moms cheap one, and it did nothing. If I buy carpet cleaner, can I just scrub it with my tub scrub brush or something?
I do not think you can ever thoroughly clean a carpet, regardless of your region. My suggestion is, use a high powered, vacuum, like a shopvac, with a carpet brush. This will suck as much dust out of the carpet as possible. Do not use an upright vacuum, or one with a moving brush, because this creates vibrations, which will just drive much of the dust between the carpet and under-pad, even between the under-pad and the floor. If the dust is really bothering you, consider pulling up the carpet. What is underneath? If there is a finish, great. If not, it probably is not that expensive to put down wood or tile. Then you can sweep and/or wash to get your floor the cleanest possible. I live in southern Ontario, in an ancient house, and just last year I pulled up the carpet in my front room. It revealed great-looking floorboards, and has made me feel so much better -- you would not believe the amount of dust and crap under the carpet and under-pad.
Q: Hi everyone, how do i take a plain white area rug and make a black floral design on it on parts of the rug? like on two corners and maybe a swirl or two in middle ? i know ive seen people use templates and literarly spray or paint over template to make design. then use a sealer or something i dont know :( help thank you
I did a design on an outdoor sisal type rug and it came out really nice. I used spray paint and sealed it with polyurethane. You can get the templates at a craft store or make one yourself. There might be a problem if there is a high pile on the carpet. The design might not have clean edges. You could try one section of it on the back of the rug. Or get a carpet remanent with a pile like you have on your white carpet to try. If the design does not have clear edges you might be able to touch it up with a tiny paintbrush. I don't think a dye (like Rit Dye) would work. It would run and make a mess. I think you would have to stick to a surface treatment only-like spray paint.
Q: What does carpet handmade scissor mean?
Tie 14400 knots each square foot : Tie 22500 knots each square foot . Among them: tie 8100 knots, the number of tracks, each square foot ; the more the number of tracks, the more knots: the density of the warp and weft is the number of knots per square foot: 90 stalks, 120 stalks and 150 stalks carpets; the more the stalks are, the more compact it feels, the more exquisite the pattern is, and the better the lodging resistance and elasticity are.
