1.Product Introduction:

The high quality oxygen-free copper wire produced by our company adopts imported CATH-1 series of electrolytic copper in high purity, whose copper content is higher than 99.996%. We apply the upward-pulling technology in the protection of inert gas, and ensure the oxygen content of copper bar is lower than 8ppm. Through the hot-working process in vacuum, the oxygen-free copper bar becomes more uniform and dense in structure, and better in its inner quality. Through continuous pulling and pushing process to the 3mm copper bar by equal diameter wheel, the flexibility and circle performance are ganranteed, which enables us to supply high quality ingots for the next-process customers.

2.Product Characteristic:

1). Adopting Φ8mm high-quality oxygen-free copper wire ingots as raw material.

2). Using equal diameter wheel to pulling and pushing to ganrantee low loss of the wire material.

3). Adopting the micrometer slide pulling process, and the outgoing-line block is spinning block, which improves the circle performance of copper wire.

4). The take-up tension can be automatically regulated, and the Annealing voltage follow the line-pulling speed automatically which lead uniform annealing.

5). Good surface finish of wire material, good flexibility and ductility, and the elongation is greater than 35%.

6). Convenience in transportation, easy line-setting process, used for the high speed production of double-zero lacquer covered flat wire.

Q: Having some trouble wiring fixture it seems to just stay on with the switch doing nothing.. here's the deal I have three different wires coming from ceiling power in, power out, and I believe switch.. there was a priovious light there so I know its correct just don't what wires go with what all help will be appreciated thanks
tricky subject. check out from bing and yahoo. this can assist!
Q: How doI wire a ceiling chain light to wall switch? I want to stop using the chain to turn the light on and off. I hane already installed the wall switch and the wiring in the box but not sure how to connect the wiring in the box to the ceiling light wiring.
Before you do anything, turn off the power. Sometimes people will wire up switches hot, but they know what to touch and what not to touch. You should not take that risk. There will be two power cables coming into the box, one from the power source and the other to the ceiling light. Each cable has a black wire, a white wire, and a bare copper wire. Connect all the white wires together with a wire nut. Connect all the bare wires and an extra piece of bare wire together with another wire nut. Connect the extra piece of bare wire to the green screw terminal on the switch. Connect the black wire from the power source to one brass screw terminal on the switch. It doesn't matter which one you use. Connect the black wire from the ceiling light to the other brass screw terminal on the switch. Don't screw the switch into its box yet. Turn the power back on. Test the switch, being careful not to touch any wires while doing so. After it works, turn the power off again and screw the switch into t
Q: what does a #12 copper wire look like and waht does a #14 wire look like if you got pictures post a link thanks
go to a hardware store and look at the wires yourself....the numbers are printed on the wires....number 12 wire is the size of about 1/8 of a inch....number 14 wire is about the size of a heavy pencil lead......both these wires come in many colors......
Q: what gauge wires should i use for my 12'' alpine typr r SWR-1242D?
For the speaker wire going from the amp to the speaker? Try to stay above 16 gauge, I use 12 gauge as over-kill. It costs like 12 cents more per foot and is completely worth it. For the power wire going from the battery to the amp? Use no thinner than 4 gauge power and ground wire assuming your only pushing a single Type-R. Good Luck!
Q: i need to know what wire goes where
The red and black are your hot wires, the white is neutral, and the green is equipment ground. Look at your dryer and it should have a wiring diagram to tell you which of the wires are the hots and neutral and what colors they are. The 4 wire plugs are required now by the NEC (National Electric Code)
Q: Both wires are black. One has what looks like white paint on it.
correct.....both can be hot, as they may have been cris crossed from point to point. the best is to get a volt meter and test to your water pipe if its grounded and not eroded away over the years. problem with using an inductance tester is it may give an erroneous reading if they have been cris crossed. note.....once you find the hot of the two, the other bing the neitral will have a current on it that can be fatal, remember there is no ground to protect you, and if your in water or touching something metallic, you may be the ground path needed to complete the circuit. be careful!
Q: I need the designations for the wires so I can splice in an amp.
Speaker wires: left front: (+) tan (-) gray right front: (+) lt. green (-) dk. green left rear: (+) brown (-) yellow right rear: (+) dk. blue (-) lt. blue Accessory power at radio for amp turn-on: yellow (only in 2003 and older; should be located next to orange constant power wire)
Q: putting new plug on wire. which wire connectswhere?
If the cord has three wires, black to the brass screw, white to the silver screw, and green to the green screw. If the cord has just black and white, ditto, except use a two-prong replacement plug, no green. If the cord is flat - no colors, just two wires side-by-side - the smooth side to the brass screw, the ribbed side to the silver screw.
Q: What are the range specs when testing resistance on your spark plug wires ?
For the best answers, search on this site https://shorturl.im/OZ4TL 2 -1 ohms doesn't make sense. Take a better look at your meter, no offense intended. Generally they have positions for different levels of resistance, from 2 ohms to 200k ohms; choosing the right setting will give you a better idea of the right reading, which should be around 2000 ohms. You needn't change them for the heck of it, but it's not a bad idea. The corrosion/rust is normal, it wouldn't cause you any trouble.
Q: How do you properly wrap copper wires? We have been using electrical tape and it's melting the tape. This is in a camper, and it's in the electrical box. We're using this tape because the wires kept touching and arcing off of each other...I'm guessing :/
If the wire is not heavy enough it will heat up from the amount of current through it. If there is a short circuit somewhere, the wires will heat up regardless. It may not be rocket science, but it certainly is electrical engineering.
